Excellent for over-active bladder.
It helps me sleep for longer amounts of time before I wake up to empty my bladder. Without these, my bladder wakes me up every hour.

Made a bit difference to my daily and nightly life. Less trips to the WC and increased confidence in daily life, plus improved, less interrupted sleep. It does not cure me but I have gone from 5-10 nightly visits to mostly 2, sometimes 3. Fabulous.

in fact the product seemed to make my water works problem slightly worse. I then tried a different product called Urostemol
It didn't work for me, in fact the product seemed to make my water works problem slightly worse. I then tried a different product called Urostemol, and the improvement in my condition was dramatic. Both products contain Pumpkin seed oil but Urostemol also includes SAW Palmetto oil This may be the magic ingredient.

Brilliant product.
Heard about this, and decided to give it a try. It has worked for me. Waking up far less now then I was. I've had no side effects at all. Worth a try.
