When it arrived it was a bit sticky and the gel inside appeared to have leaked. Gave it a good wash to make sure all the gel was off to avoid irritation and popped it in the freezer and it appears to have been fine since. Bought mainly for use during a migraine and whilst it’s slightly big for a forehead it’s still a great tool to have on hand whilst the pills kick in.

Doesn’t roll all the way round, at first especially. Not sure if that is what it’s like with all brands. Was cheap compared to other brands so that might be why.

A great idea and a friend of mine uses one and swears by it. This one was stiff when frozen and the roller would not roll. After defrosting slightly it would roll but the plastic hinges are so fragile they snapped off on first use. In the bin and not much use at all.

Bought one for myself to reduce puffiness & it definitely works, feel more refreshed & tired. Purchased one for my mum too as she suffers from regular migraines and these alleviate eye pain and sweats. Will buy again for sure, makes a really good present!Only negative is that some parts of the plastic are sharp from manufacturing- easily fixed by being filed down with a nail file so not a big problem at all.

Unfortunately I didn't find this to be cold enough even when I left it for 2 days in the freezer it just felt cool not cold

I absolutely love this ice roller. Exactly what I wanted for my face and I'm very happy with my purchase and value for money. Yes I would recommend this for anyone looking for the best ice roller.

For whatever reason, the thermal properties of this particular roller don’t allow the cold/coolness come through the roller. Must be the plastic used or something.I have bought a similar product before and it was perfect. This just seems like regular plastic doesn’t transmit the temperature effectively despite having it in the freezer before use.Seems like a dupe. Would’ve returned, but already tossed the packaging as it looked just like the last one and so assumed it’ll perform the same.Ended up using my jade roller instead ....an jade roller shouldn’t be able to compete, talk less of do better than an ice roller.Disappointed.
