Seems to be a good product. Three family members tried it and all three felt more energetic within minutes.Gave only four stars because I wish the folic acid would have been natural folate instead.

These lozenges are very small, dissolve quickly and taste great. They have 100% of the daily requirement of biotin which I love. Biotin is supposedly very good for your hair and nails. I have only been taking them for a couple of weeks so have not seen any change in my hair or nails yet but I do seem to have more energy and not get as tired mid-afternoon. When the bottle came, I was surprised to see how empty the bottle was. These are very small tablets and the bottle was 90% empty. I counted them and they were all there but there were a couple of broken tablets. They could of used a much smaller bottle. I have been reading about vitamin B12 and the different sources. This product contains the better, more natural, more expensive, better absorbed type. Most other supplements use the cheaper version that includes cyanide, the poison. Yuck! I will be sticking to this product because it is a natural product, is easy to take and of very high quality. I received a complimentary product in exchange for a fair and honest review.

These lozenges a small and great. they gave me energy I need to get through the day because I get tired fast B12 is a great supplement for me to get the vitamins I need to get through. They taste fine which makes it even easier to take them. I got the complimentary of tomoson for review purposes but my opinions are my own.
