I have had pain on the top of my feet for some time and although doctor has given me cream to help with the pain it has not done much. Since I have been soaking my feet in warm water and Epson salts it has helped with the pain a great deal. I still have days when they hurt more than others. But it has helped a great deal. Also done gardening one day and put some in the bath and I didn't have any pains at all but day. But a week later done more gardening but didn't use the Epson salts and I new about it the next day. My grandma used to use Epsom salts on a regular basis and always recommended that I use it for eczema, dry skin, or whatever was ailing me. Of course, being young and 'modern' I never did. Now that I'm (older and) wiser, I have also been seeing the benefits of a soak in the tub with Epsom salts. From irritated skin to sore muscles, it works well, and more swiftly than I'd have thought, too. I'm usually a shower person, but my family is now becoming used to me having leisurely baths to relax and destress.I also like the resealable pouch that keeps the salt contained and the moisture out. It dissolves easily without any granules left by the time I ease in and relax.

I’ve used Epsom Salts before, just not this brand. I find them really beneficial. There’s nothing nicer than soaking tired muscles in a bath of these. I find them really useful after a long run, but we’ve also used them to improve our son’s eczema as well. They are very soothing and help when is skin is very sore. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these again.

This stuff is good. I bought it because I make bath salts and sell them and it’s cheap and good value for money. I personally have Stomach problems and this stuff helps during a flare, would recommend. (Tip add peppermint oil if u have anxiety/stress to a bath. So good)

I've increased my cycling distances of late and its safe to say the legs have been taking one hell of a hit, a long soak in a bath is just the ticket but I have to say these salts take that experience to a whole new level, the relief out of the bath was absolutely fantastic which in turn is decreasing my recovery time and ability to hit the saddle again, superb product!!

Epsom salts - good for baths to soothe sores.Product itself is really good, not much to comment about as Epsom Salts are standard across the board really.Only gave 4 stars though as the next day after receiving these I found them for half the price in The Range, Home Bargains and Asda.
