They fooled me when I took them out of the box and plugged them in, one side of the pack looked white. All the colors are bright in the dark though, no worries, even the blues.Unwrap slowly and carefully, the stars like to stick to each other. ;)Good long 16' (I think) cordage between plug and where lights begin, makes it a lot simpler to hang. Hate lights that start at the plug.The remote control works, haven't tried the timer. I would buy again, maybe will for the other porch.

These snowflake lights exceeded expectations! They are so bright and beautiful. We strung them above our doorway. They brighten up the whole family room. The clear wire blended in well with the cream colored walls. It was really nice that they plugged in too. So you don’t need to worry about batteries. I’m excited to leave these up through winter, not just Christmas.

Bought these for a 48 foot space, came up 12 foot short. Disappointed, they do however work well.

I have not put them up yet but have played a good deal with them. The questions about the remote control really threw me off as I did not know about this feature even after reading the instructions. There is a button on the electrical outlet (opposite side from the plug) which you can press, and it will take the lights through 8 different lighting cycles. One cycle, Twinkle/Flash is best used outside if you ask me. The box says the lights are rated for inside or outside and I plan to put them on the front of the house tomorrow. There is a 16-foot lead from the plug to the first light so that you can place them exactly where you want them, and not have lights on one side going up the building and not down the other. You can buy multiple sets (up to 5) and connect them. Here is the one issue I am having with them. The snowflakes themselves in many cases are very loose over the LED bulb. I plan to check each one when I put them up to make sure they don't start "snowing" in the front of the house.

Overall the lights are pretty good. The four colors are great and the quality of the plastic snowflakes are excellent. Drawbacks are that the LED lights are not replaceable so I hope that if one goes out ever, that the rest will stay lit. Also the box states contradictory instructions to the internal directions or maybe it is a matter of interpreting the words differently. The internal instructions say that you can “connect up to 5 sets” while the box that the lights came in states “Do not connect this chain electrically to another product” - maybe they mean someone else’s product! Finally, the lights seem to flicker a little in the steady on mode.

These cute little snowflake lights are very pretty and well made. I like that there are several different modes for the lights. The snowflakes themselves are a clear plastic and a little smaller than I anticipated but still pretty. During the day, the blues and greens don’t seem as bright as the reds and yellows. Overall a good find and I can’t wait for Christmas to hang these up!
