Only gripe is that I wish this was cheaper. It’s a great supplement to take and Amazon is pretty competitive in terms of price just for some reason Sea Buckthorn is expensive wherever you look!Tip - if you want an instant glow and plumped Skin look try the oil and leave it on clean skin for 15-20mins before wiping off. You’re welcome!

Improvement in joints
My husband has said he has noticed and improvement in that his finger joints don't seem to be as stiff and painful. I feel I have been sleeping a bit better since taking the sea buck. Will be buying again.

As a female, I initially saw the reviews on YouTube but the product was different in America, I bought it as a flgeneral vitamin supplement and to increase natural moisture in the Nether-regions and I definitely see that result. So get it if that what you were looking for too.
