Ordered after going to the doctors with the nerve problem in my left hand became more pronounced and had a blood test taken.With my B12 first 3monthly injection due in over a week decided to order these as a precaution.Ordered in the afternoon arrived next morning by first class Royal mail.Within 24 hours of taken a tablet the sensitivity in the hand decreased .When I had my B12 injection was informed that my levels was normal at 380.So even though my levels of B12 was ok the tablets did seem to help after 2 weeks with the increased hand sensitivity.At the price for 240 tablets with excellent delivery and price was well worth it.

Product arrived loose in a envelope, not practical for storage and gives concerns that the product is genuine

They work for someone who is deficient in b12.... but not as healthy as the mthyl ones
