Great value capo, make sure it's right for your guitar
Great value, feels solidly built. Action is nice and smooth, and there aren't any rough edges or leaking glue on my one. There's always a trade off with a trigger capo - if the spring's too strong it'll detune the guitar more in use, too weak and it won't clamp down enough, causing buzzing. This one has a slightly lower spring force than my similar Jim Dunlop capo. Works great on lighter strings - 9's for electric and 10's for steel string acoustic. If you run at 12s or heavier on an acoustic you may want a different model. This fits steel string acoustics and electrics. It won't fit a classical/nylon string guitar with a wider neck.

I mean it's pretty straight forward
You want a capo this is it. No issues, works just fine and as intended. I mean how are you gonna write an extended review of something that is what it is. Easy to open, easy to place on guitar neck, easy to release hand from capo, easy to take it off. Lovely piece of equipment :) just remember to place any capo close to the fretwire towards the bridge x

Very good value
This is a decent capo. It is slightly narrower than more expensive items but is identical in other respects. Might struggle to cope with a wider fretboard but is OK on my Yamah acoustic. Not difficult to move either, strong mechanism without needing super strength to operate it.

great capo
this is actually a fantastic little capo. for the price is exceptional. easy release spring, I have another which is a high end brand name. it is a bit difficult to put in quickly but this is very easy. spring is just right tension. I have had no issues with not covering strings etc. great little product

The product is great actually, its very sturdy for its price
It's ok i guess? The product is great actually, its very sturdy for its price. However, I accidentaly bought the wrong size/ or it was generally small?. It does not specify which one its for, I assumed acoustic guitar would also be suitable for classical steel and nylon strings but I think this product would be IDEAL for steel strings, becuase the guitar that i have is the classical nylon strings which has a wider neck therefore its a lot thicker and did not fit the whole strings.

Good quality. Good price. Buy!
Having seen this exact Capo for sale in music shops for upwards of £15, my student status meant I went looking elsewhere! For only £3.95 (September 2017) it's a real bargain and much better than the cheaper alternatives. It does the job I want it to do faultlessly, looks good and seems very sturdy. I'll update if something goes wrong...

Brilliant
I've only had this for a few days and I think for the price you can't ask for much more, I would have happily payed twice as much. The build quality seems good and it easily covers all the string on my guitar. It was also deliver ed between the expected delivery date, which is always a bonus I my book. I will certainly be buying another one as a spare... Just in case 😉.

Good for casual playing
It feels great and is very easy to use, but it's often no strong enough for my acoustic guitar and I get some buzzing strings. I suppose it is reasonably good for the price I paid. It is ok for my casual playing.
