After about 20 years on Quinine, I was informed by my new GP that I wasn't allowed to take it for more than 12 months, he was a bit shocked when I told him how long I'd been on it.Within 24 to 48 hours, I was begging to go back on it, but he wasnt allowed to prescribe it, I told my cramps and spasms were becoming a living nightmare and he suggested buying magnesium tablets, which had no effect, he then said take 2 a day, still my cramps especially were getting worse and worse, so he suggested a magnesium spray as well as the tablets. I started with one from my local health food store, which was £11.99 for 300ml. It worked, but using over my entire body every evening, I use a lot of the stuff, so each bottle wasnt lasting very long.Thank goodness I found this fabulous product, not only is it a 300ml bottle so it lasts a long time, but the product is far superior.The tingle can be quite intense when you first start using magnesium spray, and can last from a few minutes to more than half an hour, but after a couple of weeks of using, I no longer get the tingle.I would highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from cramps or spasms.I have not noticed that it helps with any of my other pains or health problems, but live in hope!Update: January 2020Having been using this particular brand for several months now, I do love it, it definitely helps with the frequent and extremely excruciating cramps.Only downside is the bottles, they leak like sieves, I'm sure I lose as much of the product as is sprayed onto my skin, it gets everywhere, stains everything it touches.If the bottle problems could be solved this product would be absolutely perfect at a great price.

I bought this and the UltraSport. I didn't know anything about this before buying this, but I have taken magnesium in table form before and it seemed to work well.I was looking for something to help my muscles recover quickly as I train at the gym usually twice a day, and do a lot of cardio, particularly bike and x-trainer. I came across this and thought I'd give it a try.I think I've felt some benefit from it but I've only had it a few days so still monitoring it.I've found it stings a bit but not enough to stop me using, and it's possible it happens on areas that are more sensitive generally. As I said above, I'm still monitoring it.I may update this further down the track to give a more considered opinion but for now this is all I can offer.Cheers

The bottle arrived half empty having lost partial contends in transit, an ill fitting cap and dispenser was the cause. When I used it on my legs as I get cramps at night, it got rid of the cramps, but I was awake all night itching and scratching even after washing the oil off (after 3 hours) I would up with red raw legs through scratching. I then tried it on my shoulders, as I thought some oil was better than none, on spraying, realised the actuator was also not working as it prayed a continual stream of oil so I have no clue how much would up on me, it was only after 5 squirts I realised I had probably overdosed. Anyway, rubbed it in, didn't get cramp, but 2 hours later shoulder started itching which never happened before.We are all individuals, and all have different skin types, I am ex Army and have skin like and old shoe, but for some reason this Oil didn't work for for me, I couldn't keep trying it as advised in the literature for a few days, Id have wound up totally incapacitated from itching all night. I wondered id the Air getting into the bottle in transit may have caused it to go off, but there are no active Aerobic ingredients in it, I wondered if the Actuator had been contaminated or tampered with, nothing convinced me of that, so I have to put it down to bad luck with the leaky bottle and faulty actuator and clearly my skin type does not suit the product. I wished it had as I really saw this as the answer to all my sleepless nights. I am not laying fault with the product, just making a statement that it like any product cannot suit every skin type, so if you have sensitive skin, then maybe it isn't for you. But then I am no expert on the subject. Nice company, and good product for those it works for.

As a Soft Tissue Specialist I can honestly say I recommend this product! This is great for anyone struggling to sleep...this and Cal-mag drunk at night with Vit B1 will calm you and help you sleep....if you have pain in joints and muscles this is a great topical application. If you are worried that you are over dosing yourself...keep an eye on your stool....(med word for your...ummm eeer number 2 in the loo!) if you start to get a runny tummy...ok...cut it back! Any burning or sharp tingling...check for small cuts or sores on the skin...DO NOT apply this to very sensitive areas...groin etc! What would you do that for anyway???!!!...but Im just telling you! One of my elderly patients with very painful crippled fingers from arthritis is using this bless her...its helping! To be able to help yourself and others with out medical drugs and medication...is great...so rare you find a natural thing that just works man...and this stuff is great. Now ok...if you use it once...and then you go...aaa Tracey please its rubbish! Be sensible ok....give the stuff a chance! Now it says oil...mmm its chemically an oil but it doesnt feel oily ok...it as an odd feel about it, kinda sticky for the lack of a better word .....oh well thats how it is! ....if you hate the feel of it on your hands ...just wash after application. Ich sitze seit über 7 Jahren im Rollstuhl und habe sehr oft Schmerzen, Krämpfe und Muskelkater in den Beinen, ich habe schon alles an Salben ausprobiert ohne großen Erfolg aber seid ich dieses Öl verwende sind meine Süntome viel besser geworden , ich habe dieses Öl auch für einige Bekannte bestellt die Schmerzen und Krämpfe hatten und alle sind begeistert von diesem Öl. Selbst meine Therapeutin und Therapeuten sind begeistert von diesem Öl. Es bringt wirklich was und ich weiß von was ich rede , nach dem ich eben zuvor nur die normalen Schmerzsalben verwendet habe mit mäßigen bis garkeinen Erfolg damit hatte. Ich werde es auch in Zukunft weiterhin für mich und für andere die es wollen kaufen. Ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen.

...sehr schön fettig und der Sprühhahn neigt dazu dass dieser die Flasche nicht 100% verdichtet. (Bei Überkopf läuft die Flüssigkeit aus).Ich habe die Flasche jetzt in einer "Tesa ZIP Schutztüte" (Diese Einfriertüten) gelagert und wird auch in dieser bedient.Der beschriebene Kribbeleffekt neigt zu leichtem brennen/jucken.. Kann unangenehm werden.(Bei mir trat es an den Fingern auf, nach dem einreiben am Muskel)Zur Wirkung kann ich noch nicht viel beitragen da ich mittlerweile zu einer Magnesium-Therapie umgestiegen bin und mich, arbeitstechnisch, mehr bewege als sonst. (8stunden Bürojob - immer sitzen belasten schon sehr) und die Krämpfe haben stark nachgelassen.Kalte Füße versuche ich auch zu vermeiden, hatte mir sehr viele Probleme bereitet, besonders im Bett)

habe mir um den preis viel mehr erhofft von diesen produkt, beim auftragen klebt es sehr kommisch ölig, muss dann auch immer gleich die hände waschen da ich es sonst nicht weg bekomme... wirkung? ich konnte kaum eine besserung der beschwerden feststellen... - nie wieder, schade ums geld!

Jedoch habe ich den Spray für den Rücken meiner Freundin gekauft und musste feststellen, dass das Kribbeln für sie ein NO-GO ist. Ich- für meinen Teil finde das Öl spitze.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Hilft relativ schnell nach einreiben der schmerzenden Stellen. Auch bei Kopfschmerzen und Restless Legs. Ein tolles Produkt.Einziges Manko: Der Sprühverschluss war nach dem ersten Gebrauch bereits kaputt, schade, das ist etwas lästig jetzt beim öffnen...
