Don't waste your money on these badly designed earbuds.
Possibly the worst earbuds I've ever used. Don't waste your money on these badly designed earbuds. What are my issues:They do not sit in the ear for more than 5 mins without dislodging while working out. Constantly re-fixing themThe volume rocker is too heavy and hence they keep falling out.Tried all configurations: over ear , under ear but they don't remain in. Even tried to tighten the strap on the back .After an hour your ear canals start to get sore.Bluetooth is not great. I have to keep my phone on the same side as the bluetooth reciever on the earphones.

Headphones don't work and good luck getting any support to fix them
Headphones do not work. They don't hold any charge at all, maximum battery life of 10 minutes. This was on first use and then after a couple of uses they stopped connecting to any devices.Amazon say to contact jaybird who are useless. After weeks of having to explain the issue repeatedly, they assured me that they would replace them and that my new Headphones were being dispatched. A few weeks passed so I followed up only to be informed that they wouldn't be replacing them. 3 months down the line and I'm still trying to get a reason and for them to be replaced. If they'd been honest and said they wouldn't replace them then that's one thing but to say they would and then just drop it is another issue all together.Their solution? I can have 25% off another pair!Avoid and go for a better brand. Not worth it at all.

So close to perfect! The sound is great and the isolation pretty ...
Aaah! So close to being good! The sound is great and the isolation pretty good too. But unfortunately none of the fins seem to fit my ears properly which means that they pop off quite a lot. I tried my friends Jaybird a with the separate fin to earbud and those seem to be doing a better job staying in my ears cause they are thinner. Shame really. Also, the fins keep popping out of my buds or the buds pop off from the fins while I’m listening to music. I had to open a gutter to find one of them and have now managed to lose the one that fitted the best. The pop off every time I use them. So, sound and isolation good, fit not that great and the buds popping off the fins all the time? You can do better Jaybird! I know it!:)

Not as great as everyone said they were
Fit:With only 4 earfin options, I failed to find a pair that fit my ears comfortably and snug. Although Youtube reviewers have praised the softness of the silicon earfins, I would not agree. Adding to the problem was that the earpiece would not stay in my ear.First, as mentioned, the earfins did not fit snugly.Second, the weight of that remote is significant; the wires naturally gravitated to the right, and as a result, every time I turned my head left, the left earpiece would just pop out of my ear because there was no 'slack' in the wire.Third, the over-ear method of wearing was so damn difficult to get in place, and the earpieces just poked awkwardly out.Forth, the earfins themselves do not stay snug on the earpiece. I found very often that when I made a slight movement or adjusted my head, the earpieces would pop out of the earfins, which were still in my ear.Overall:Not great for the gym. I found myself more worried about my earpieces dropping out than anything. Also, a lack of sound isolation meant I could still hear my gym's annoying pop songs playing.

Reasonable value for the price
These are not bad, middle of the road headphones. Sound quality is okay, nothing special, but the noise cancelling is pretty good. I got these for general day to day use rather than specific sports use, and haven't tried them on a run or at the gym yet. For daily use commuting or just out and about, they're fine, but do take some time to get used to. I've found the clip to attach them to your clothing pulls them out of your ears (even when they're at full extension), so I don't bother with that. Some items of clothing with collars pull them out too, but that's solved by tucking the cable in to my collar.Battery life is fine, I can do two days commuting before it runs out usually (an hour and half each way), and the battery pack helps with that. I'd recommend charging using the battery pack rather than wearing the battery pack as it makes the right headphone very heavy, and tends to pull it out of your ear. I'd suggest these aren't for you if you want them for near constant daily use.All of the above mitigated by the price!

No battery was depleted
I've used these ear bud model, version 1 and 2, for at least 7 years. But last year I decided to try out some true wireless sony buds but they didn't fit as good as freedom buds.I decided then to go all in so I bought 2 sets since they had gone out of production.Unfortunately, the batteries had depleted complety, the main unit does not charge more than 60% and dies at 40%, the other pair does not even take a charge.Waste of money

Excellent but better for commuting than sunning
I use these earphones for commuting and I find them excellent. The good points:- lightweight- batteries last long enough for whole day- very good fit for my ears - they don't fall out easily and don't hurt- the cable is unobtrusive and help not to lose them- sound is the BIG thing here, I had Sennheiser Momentum before and these are Jaybird ones are equally impressive and cheaper- Bluetooth has very good rangeI am unsure if there are any really bad points for me. Were I running maybe, but for normal waling, commuting etc. they are perfect.
