I have only been taking these vitamins for a couple of weeks so jury out so far....however, it had fantastic reviews and was priced competitively compared to other similar products so giving it a go.It contains a high level of the necessary nutritional vitamins in one convenient pill. It has no unpleasant odour and easy to swallow.Arrived on time and well packaged and the customer service is excellent.Would recommend.

If you have not discovered the benefits of taking vitamins you should. Well being and health are all associated with having the right balance of vitamins in your body - these do the job in one! Easy to get all of your essential vitamin hits in one go. Cant recommend these highly enough. Very reasonable as well compared to simialr products in hight street stores! Try them!

I follow Dr Andrew Sauls 'The Mega Vitamin Man' and he recommends taking a good multi vitamin. It's hard to find one that contains everything that he recommends but this comes pretty close. I take more than the stated dose of 3 per day (at separate times) and I find them great. As with all multivitamins they are not small, but I take them with a bunch of other supplements so it makes no difference to me. I would recommend.

No effects at all...

I always buy Iron Ore products as they are simply the best on Amazon. The high strength formula of the multivitamins is second to none and provides all the necessary vitamins for my very active family. I always shop around and compare products before I make a purchase, I cannot find anything near the great value of Iron Ore, not just the Multivitamins but other products too. I would definitely recommend.

Im April 2017 erlitt ich einen Herzinfarkt. Vorher nahm ich überhaupt keine Medikamente ein und jetzt sind es wirklich sehr viele, die ich schlucken muss. Ich habe immer mal wieder Nahrungsergänzungsmittel eingenommen auch verschiedene Vitaminpräparate. Auf der Suche nach einem passenden Multivitaminpräparat bin ich hier fündig geworden. Es ist nun schon das 2.Mal, daß ich es bestellte und das zeigt ja, daß ich sehr zufrieden bin. Für mich ist es wichtig, daß ich n u r noch eine weitere Tablette am Tag zu mir nehmen muß. Ich habe das Gefühl, daß mir das Präparat sehr gut tut. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!

Llevo tomando este producto un par de semanas y tengo que reconocer que estoy mas enérgico. Al principio pensé que era una especie de efecto placebo, pero me di cuenta que el tomar este complejo vitamínico, hacia que las recuperaciones después de los entrenos fuesen más rápidas. Por otra parte en el día a día, estoy más despabilado, más despierto y con más energía durante todo el día. En fin son mis sensaciones, que no tienen que ser para todo el mundo lo mismo, pero a mí me van bien. Si sigo de la misma manera volveré a repetir la compra.Por otra parte el hecho de poder tomar solamente una pastilla al día es una ventaja (aunque creo que es mas por comodidad que por efectividad).Es un complejo vitamínico muy completo, calidad precio creo que es casi insuperable.

No sabria justificar en que se basa mi criterio exactamente, puesto que ni soy médico, ni me he hecho ningún análisis previo ni posterior.Pero lo cierto es que me siento algo mas energético, mas que con otros multivitaminícos que he tomado anteriormente.Le doy cuatro estrellas, porque me llego pronto, me gusta en relación calidad/precio y el producto como tal esta bastante bien, el etiquetado en ingles no me preocupa porque se ingles, pero podría estar en español para quien no sepa ingles. Aparte solo doy cinco estrellas a productos que son una autentica ganga, que están tirados y este es bastante barato pero no llega a ganga. Podría decirse que es la máxima valoración que le puedo dar a este producto según mi criterio de valoración, puesto que si le doy la máxima, no puedo dar otra superior y las hay.

Sie schmecken auch nicht unangenehm und lösen sich nicht zu schnell auf so das man auch gut spülen kann ohne gleich Krümel im Mund zu haben.Die Angabe der Inhaltsstoffe bzw welche Mineralien und Vitamine enthalten sind ist nicht übersichtlich aufgedruckt und auch nicht bei Amazon aufgelistet. Man findet sie nur "zusammengewürfelt" bei den Inhaltsstoffen. Das finde ich etwa störend. Wenn ich schon ein solches Produkt nehme will ich das genau wissen was drin ist und das auch übersichtlich sehen können. Das gefällt mir sehr gut, denn ich finde es irreführend wenn man eine Dose mit 90 Tabletten kauft, davon aber 4 pro Tag nehmen muss und die Dose ruckzuck leer ist.Es ist schwierig jetzt etwas zur Wirkung zu sagen. Dafür bräuchte ich ja Blutwerte, aber ich nehme die Tabletten jetzt seit etwas mehr als einer Woche und fühle mich gut. Mehr erwarte ich als direkte Wirkung auch gar nicht.Fazit: Mir gefällt das ich nur 1 Tablette pro Tab nehmen muss und somit das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mir gefällt das wirklich sehr viele Vitamine und Mineralen enthalten sind und ich kein 2. Produkt mehr brauche. Mir gefällt aber nicht das ich mir die Wirkstoffe mühsam auseinander fummeln musste und das ich die Rückseite der Tablettendose kaum lesen konnte weil dort weiße Schrift auf hellgelben Untergrund gedruckt ist. In Sternen ausgedrückt: wären das 4 von 5.Ergänzung 03/2016 : Die Farbe und Aufmachung der Dose wurde geändert. Jetzt kann man alles lesen. Weiterhin gefällt mir aber die kompakte Auflistung der Vitamine nicht. Ich versteh ja den Platzmangel bei so vielen Inhaltsstoffen, aber ich würde es mir trotzdem übersichtlicher wünschen.

Siempre he tomado centrum, supradym o el de GNC (este último no lo venden en España, así que lo encargo desde los EEUU) . Ahora he cambiado a este y lo noto como si fuese igual que los anteriores, a pesar de que le faltan unos componentes que tienen los anteriores (sobre todo el GNC). En fin, buen producto para los que hacemos deporte.
