Leaked and melted
This is the worst coffee pot I've ever used. Firstly, it's made of very thin, poorly machined metal. As a result, there's a very poor fit, the lid is stiff, and it just doesn't feel right. Nothing really fits the way it should, so you end up with leaks. Secondly, I suspect the handle is made of polyethylene. It's a very cheap plastic with a low melting point (think soda bottles). As a result, the handle couldn't handle anywhere near the same heat as every other coffee pot I've used could, and ended up melting. This coffee pot should be considered a declarative item only and not a functional product. If you want to actually make coffee, you're better off spending twice as much and getting a competent coffee pot that won't melt after one use.

Don’t buy - poor quality
Well this broke after about 3 weeks of use - when it was used the coffee had a richer flavour than the caffetiere. Had an annoying drip - so much so when pouring we had to have a towel handy. The handle broke off and it became useless so we threw it. Capacity ok for a cup and a half so go for a bigger one. Manufacturing Quality quite poor. A botch to clean as you can’t dishwasher it (it’s aluminium so it does black). Quite disappointed really

Waste of money and time
Absolutely piece of junk. Don't waste your money on it. I bought mine for a camping trip and it arrived in an undamaged box but full of dents and bends on the inside. It had a manufacturing problem where there is actually a little hole in it. The inside funnel was also bended an the materials what is made from are so cheap.I was expecting something cheap for the money paid but the product is a joke. What's more annoying is that now I have to que at the post office to return it.

Funnel pipe is too short
The moka maker pot is fine but the pipe on bottom of the funnel is 5 mm too short which means 100 ml of water (out of 470 ml) is left in the bottom water pot. So it can only make 370 ml of coffee!

Mediocre
Usually when I make coffee with this, its leaks coffee from around the gasket. Perhaps I am overfilling with coffee or water, but I never had this problem with my previous one so I think this one is quite sensitive. In addition, it is very difficult to tell when the coffee has risen up into the top compartment. Again with my previous one it was quite vocal when the coffee was entering the upper chamber (po-po-po-po sound) but this one is silent. My previous one was much smaller though, so perhaps these two problems are common among all 9 cup espresso makers.

It has a small leak
The best thing of it it's the capacity, but on the down side, every time the coffee it's ready it spills a bit from the crevices and when pouring it in a cup, the coffee comes out messy, so do be careful and mindful of this

Can’t wash it!
Product arrived late. Stated it would arrive same day before 10pm it arrived following afternoon. When it arrived I washed it and the silver colour on the item eroded and turned black (see images).Would not purchase again, requesting refund.

Broken
I have had two of these now - first was bought and clearly a former display item, it was scratched and damaged all over the exterior.Second one came with a puncture in the bottom making it unusable - see photo.Had I continued to use this it would damage my hob.
