This is a very useful product and allows out of the way places and ceilings to be easily cleaned. The microfibre cleaning pad on the main tool can be washed but you can also buy replacements if needed. The rougher tools are actually quite useful for brushing up velour and other similar type fabrics; not that this is what they are meant for. If you are wondering what the little piece of rope with two plastic lugs on it is for, you attach the two tools not attached to the main handle to it and hang them from the main handle for storage; and not to use the heads as though they are bolas. You can use the heads separately from the arm although for the microfibre head a separate hand held version is available.

This is a fab duster. It reaches all the places I couldn’t get to living in a house with very high ceilings. Seems to be a good sturdy build. I buy lots of oxo products an they have always been very good. Easy to change heads an a handy storage idea to keep it all together. My only problem with it was that two of the brushes have arrived squashed still usable though not sure yet if it will effect use.

At last something that actually reaches with ease the corners of my 11 foot high ceiling eliminating all my nasty cobwebs. A very useful item made to the excellent standard I've come to expect from this manufacturer.

I was so happy to receive this and use it on my high (4m) ceilings. Works really well to get rid of dust and cobwebs and easy to wash in the machine. Sturdy pole too.

Although the majority of the item was as expected I was very disappointed in the oval brush in that it came out of the holder. The amount of wire to connect it to the plastic holder was very short from both sides and twisted round when used. I have had to secure it with superglue which seems to have solved the problem but am not hopeful that it will hold. In fact this is the first item I have purchased via Amazon that has not been completely satisfactory - in one word "disappointed".

Unusable (this one anyway) as second stage of pole won't stay extended. Dissapointing for a Good Grips product. Returned for a refund and will order another one. Fingers crossed.Nope, bought another, and within months the same thing happens. The telescopic pole wont stay extended, which completely defeats the object and makes this utterly unusable for the purpose. I thought that pays extra for an OXO Goodgrips product would mean better quality, but it doesn't. This is rubbish - dont waste your money or trust!!

I didn't dislike anything about it its easy to use well made and reaches really high and bends at an angle to dust high beams if you require a bit more I'd suggest getting a small 2 step ladder but I personally didn't need would recommend to others

Compramos este cepillo para poder limpiar los abanicos de techo y las esquinas de la casa en donde se acumulan telarañas.La verdad es un poco caro, pero es difícil encontrar este tipo de limpiadores en las tiendas de conveniencia y gracias a Amazon lo pudimos conseguir.Tiene varios adaptadores como se muestran en las fotografías además de que un extremo se puede doblar para que sea mas fácil alcanzar lugares difíciles de limpiar.Se me hizo practico también que cuenta con un adaptador para colgar los utencilios que no se están usando y almacenar todo junto.

Good value for the money. This will last a long time and do a great job in a home environment. We've gone through quite a few of these at our small business where they get a much heavier usage and take more of a beating. We've also had several in our home that have broken over the last 8 years. These are as good as many of the industrial and commercial ones and definitely better than any of the other household ones I've found. The ones we've found that are better cost a couple hundred dollars by the time you buy all the pieces, which always seem to be priced separately.Summary: If you are looking for something for commercial or industrial usage where it's going to take a serious beating, then buy the really heavy duty ones (worth the couple hundred dollars, I promise). If you're looking for lighter (ordinary) usage in your home or business, this will be your best bet.
