My gums started to bleed a bit a few years ago so I started using this mouthwash. I love it. It’s my go to and has been for years. It leaves my mouth feeling very clean, and my gums haven’t bled at all in that time, and my dentist always comments on how healthy my mouth is!

hmmmm ok, so i've had a lot of problems with my gums of late all down to a wisdom tooth exploding. I bought the gengigel as well which i left a review for. I wouldn't say this soothed my mouth at all. The taste isn't terrible but it also doesn't leave you with that minty fresh taste in your mouth that we are all so used to! I will probably use this once i've had the surgery to remove the dam wisdom tooth as it's supposed to help after surgery. But i picked up collgate total pro gum health mouth wash, which is FAB! you can get it in asda and it doesn't cost much compared to some of the mouth washers out there that are supposed to promise you the world! and new sparkling white teeth over night! The collate stuff really does work, if you have sore inflamed gums or suffering with loose teeth because of gums wearing down go n buy the collate stuff, its excellent, it totally cleans, soothes inflammation and i found completely cleared up my torn gum around my wisdom tooth. go buy it.
