They All Came Alive…But..
The media could not be loaded. I received all in the mail alive but they were so small almost all baby barely can fly. I felt so bad after pouring half when I saw all sitting bugs. I purchased an insect house before they arrived and I was able to scoop the in out in the house and hang it. The good side is I know many stay in yard but I don’t know how many will survive.

Not a dead one in the bunch
I am very happy with this order. There is an issue evidently with sending via USPS because rather than deliver to my house, I had to pick up at the post office. I didn't get the updated notification until Saturday morning that there was a Friday delivery attempt. I raced to the post office so they wouldn't be left over the weekend and got them. We've been at 80+ degrees the last several days so the ladybugs were super active when I finally opened the box. I sprayed my roses with water and released them in the early afternoon, I felt they have likely been active for two days and didn't want to risk their health by waiting several hours for dusk. Luckily we have a ton of aphids and they are still happily out there munching on them so I feel I did the right thing. Mostly full size lady bugs, not too many small ones.Seller did a good job. The deliver box had a bunch of holes poked in it—people at the post office gave me a lot of room as I walked by with the box, lol. You would think I had alligators or snakes in the box!Definitely will reorder again.

Great until it wasn’t
I was so excited for my ladybugs to arrive! I’ve had some pest issues on several of my plants and trees. Shipping was fast and they arrived yesterday afternoon. I waited until the sun was going down and watered my plants ahead of releasing them. Most of the ladybugs seemed okay. They came flooding out onto my plants. I only saw a couple try to fly. We had about 75-100 dead on the bottom. I thought all was well until I woke up today to a ladybug cemetery. My whole patio is covered with dead ladybugs. My kids were so sad. I’m not sure why so many died so quickly. It was very disappointing.

Delighted!
I ordered 1,500 ladybugs to help me fight off aphids in my hibiscus bushes. The instructions for the care and application of the ladybugs are easy to understand. I stored my ladybugs in the refrigerator as directed until the following day. Per the instructions, my hibiscus plants were thoroughly watered. Once the sun went down and temps dropped, I gently scattered the ladybugs on the ground. By this morning, my hibiscus plants had ladybugs throughout the leaves and flowers from top to bottom of the plants. I saw ladybugs mating as well as some actively eating aphids. It's especially comforting to not be spreading chemicals around where my grand-kids or my dog might come into contact. I am very pleased.

They went to town on the aphids
Just received these ladybugs today. I only released apx 20 into my greenhouse to see how they would react. They immediately started going to town on the aphids. This photo is a before and after of just a few hours worth of them being released. I then released apx 100 more once the sun went down prior to closing it up for the night. I’m impressed.

Arrived late and just before that major storm
Needed these for my greenhouse and ordered them hoping id get them before that last major winter storm. They made it in in the last possible second. So i quickly feed them and put them in the fridge for hibernation for another week until the storm passes then I’ll release them. But for the price of shipping i figured I’d get them in a day or two not over a week
