Excellent product
I bought this because I constantly have pain in my back, mainly my shoulder blades and get lots of knots. This has really helped me out and is very effective of relieving the pain and causing me to use less painkillers that don't really work anyway. I find it easier to gently roll against a wall rather than in the floor so I can control the pressure a bit better. I have bought different things to ease my back pain but this is the one I'm sticking with from now on. I would highly recommend this item.

Hard foam
First time I tried this the foam roller, it left horrible red mark on my back, which took a week to fade. This was because there are different types of foam rollers from soft to hard, which you have to build up( well that's what Google says). Once I wrapped it in a towel and then used it, it worked well. I have pain in my back and this seems to help.

Nice but too pro for me
I am an amateur gym goer, and have the feeling this foam roller is too hard for me poor body. I start using the one at the gym, which is softer, and decided to buy my own, but this one really hurts me. The reason could be that I am not a professional athlete, because the quality is really good.However, wanted to write this review to inform people like me... just a gym goer 2-3 times a week.

Perhaps I wasn't positioning the roller correctly?
Unfortunately, I found the use of this roller painful, and I do some challenging fitness classes so expect a bit of discomfort! It bruised my back. I sent an email to the seller but did not have a reply as far as I'm aware. To be fair, a reply could have gone into my junk folder. I was really just seeking some advice on if I was doing something wrong. It could be the shape of my back, but I had to give up as it was a bit too torturous!

Quality item
This item feels pretty good quality and seems to help my aches and pains post-exercise. Note to maker: the very small logo rubs straight off - it's as flimsy as an Airfix model transfer! Surely, with buyers taking these to gyms, and it looking so different from other rollers, you'd want your name loud and proud? I think you should address this.

Great quality, perfect firmness
Bought this to replace a cheaper roller, this is a real game-changer and fixing issues in my legs I hadn't noticed on the old one. The firmness is just right for me but people newer to foam rolling might prefer something softer. Quality is excellent and glad I paid extra.

Would definitely recommend it! Built to last and much more resistant than normal plain foam rollers I used in the past.I play American football and I recently restarted training after a long period of inactivity. The Body Focus Fitness foam roller has proven to be the best money I spent on gym equipment.Recommended by my personal trainer as a very reasonably priced alternative to sports massage, not only it helps with my recovery by rolling knots but it also allows me to work on my tight hamstrings and stretch them each night. I also use it regularly for calves, quadriceps, upper and lower back after leg or upper body gym sessions.Delivery was quick and packaging was good. The instructions on the back of the packaging was a nice addition.I would definitely recommend this product to fellow teammates, gym goers but also running or cycling buddies.
