BiC Kids' DrawyBook Interactive Colouring Book

Going by the other reviews this works well on a tablet. Sadly on an Android phone it is fiddly and incomprehensible. My grandson did not want to wait so we coloured in a few pages and then uploaded the app. Fifteen minutes later he had got bored and wandered off while I tapped on various incomprehensible symbols that needed a side scroll to see.At one point we did get a bit of a narrative and some animation before it all ground to a halt again.The thing needs a tablet and proper instructions.

Got this for my niece. She thinks it's brilliant. The augmented reality is great for kids and the erasable feltips are a great invention

The pens that come with the colouring book are of a reasonable quality, and the book itself isn't bad, but despite having followed the instructions to the letter and installed the Drawy App on my daughter's iPad Mini, I can't get it to work properly. In particular, there is no sound and thus far I haven't seen any evidence of the claimed augmented reality.Is it my ineptitude? Possibly, but I'm usually pretty good with techy things, and I dislike having to go through the rigmarole of trying to get something to work, when it should behave itself straight out of the box.

Why sell this in UK when the app is not available in UK Apple store... useless

This is a nice little activity book for kids on rainy days, lovely illustrated book with pictures to colour and photo to copy and draw, it also contains a full set of bic crayons, I would say that this particular one is more suitable for a boy, nevertheless a really nice little kit.

A bit of an unusual one here. You need access to a tablet in order to use this effectively. You download the free app first and then you are away. It is a novel and intriguing idea. Easy to use and catches children's attention. They colour in the pictures which can be scanned and they become animated, but they can also listen to the story via the app and some pictures are also revealed. Comes with a pack of pens. Makes a great present.

We have used other similar products and do really enjoy them but my daughters colouring is not very precise so once again this was hit or miss, slightly more hit than others.Also didn't work on her Motorola Xoom but worked on my lenovo.Good but not perfect...actually in fairness best of the bunch but not perfect!

I don't feel there is a great deal I can say about this really, it is a fun product and comes with everything that is needed and the app works well.Its something that I feel most kids will enjoy!
