ACDelco 15-81128 GM Original Equipment Heating and Air Conditioning Blower Motor with Wheel
DISAPPOINTED! ACDelco 15-81128 GM Original Equipment Heating and Air Conditioning Blower Motor with Wheel. Extremely disappointed due to misleading advertising on this item. It clearly displays what is included and yet as others have mentioned, there isn't a rubber vent pipe in the package! I purposely bought this item for 1) OEM made in Canada. 2) It also included the vent pipe that I desperately require! So now I have to locate a vent pipe. To be honest and in all fairness, AMAZON should source and supply a vent pipe without further charges!! Tony Ontario May 25, 2022

Tough install on 97 Blazer LT, see notes.
Works perfect in 97 Blazer LT. I can confirm that there's a plastic housing on this blazer that must be cut away to access the old part. Use a good retracting safety blade for that piece. The tough part is getting the old fan assembly out, and the REALLY tough part is getting the new fan in. I strongly suggest you test the new fan motor at this point, before installing it into the car.For the reinstallation: The rim on the new motor is circular except for a single flat-face. When you go to remove or insert the fan and motor, the key is go slow and when you get hung up, rotate the flat-face around to where it's caught to get clearance. More then anything else, do not force it, just go slow, rotate and jiggle until it drops into the mount.

Fan wheel shattered taking fan housing with it.
Fan wheel shattered taking a big section of fan housing with it as well. Now I need to replace the whole housing assembly and still need to get new blower motor fan wheel at least, possibly whole new unit.
