A useful item indeed, I've used it a good few times now and it's worked well for whatever I've wanted to do. It replaced a very old Kenwood side-motor version which had given up the ghost after about 20 years!Compared to the old one it has very similar performance, one thing I noticed immediately is how loud it is. The old unit was loud, sure, but it wasn't grating. This one is really, really loud in comparison. Cut backs on insulation maybe, or simply the shape.It comes with some useful tools, and some not so useful. The grater & slicer is good, the normal blades are good quality and very sharp, the blender is useful. The silicon/soft plastic ended spatula was warped and is easily damaged, and the emulsifier disc feels like it's made of cheap, brittle plastic (I've never had need to use one though, so no biggie!)All in all it should give me years of reliable service!

This was bought as a replacement of my old Kenwood blender that stopped working. I am so pleased with this as it is really easy to use and has a smaller blender which is ideal for making smoothies. It is strong enough to crush ice and frozen fruit.The main blender has multiple parts and great for chopping veg, making soup, and deserts.It is strong, powerful and not too bulky.I would recommend as a gift for others or to yourself.

was looking for a replacement jug for my old kenwood, found this for less than the jug. It is smaller but very quick grater and slicer. good for a couple or smaller prep. Beware blade extremely sharp, I suggest you order plasters withit

If I could give ZERO stars I would.Kenwood was always a good household brand. I cannot imagine what has happened to them, but they simply are nowhere near the quality I was used to.I purchased the processor & blender. Straight out the box, the machine would notswitch on. Apologies from Amazon. Collected & Returned.The replacement machine arrived. This one didn't work as it was not possible to lock the bowl with the base.No more Kenwood for me thanks.

I like the size of the bowl. I don't like the grating/slicing blade, it leaves far too much of your veg unprocessed leaving too much waste. The processing tool isn't attached to the bowl meaning every time I use it I, I have to fumble about with it to get it to work. On my last Kenwood food processor it was attached to the base, it made life so much easier.

As I like cooking, this is extremely useful. Cake mixture and meringues are easy with this. Easy to use, great instructions, easy to clean and reassemble. I would highly recommend this. ( great for milk shakes☺️)

Food processor bowl works just fine. It's 800w as described however still doesn't give a fine grind. Good for a coarse grind.Blender jar is poorly designed. It has a step kind of a build inside the jug right above the blending blade. So if you use bigger chunks of veggies or fruits, they'll not blend properly. You'll have to shake the jar couple of times or chop em into smaller chunks before blending. That part is frustrating.

Just opened and used for making a banana date milk shake and the room filled with smell of burning motor. Will be returning the item.
