EcoBag Refuse Sacks, Recyclable & Leak Resistant, 100L Strong (33µm)

I am a keen woodworker, so I got these bags for storing off-cuts ready to give away to a friend with a wood burning stove and they are ideal. Nice thick material that holds the sometimes sharp pieces of wood, without any poking through. They have also been ideal for bagging up garden waste and can be re-used several times once you empty the waste at the dump. These are heavy duty bags and don't rip easily like a lot of others I have tried. They are not quite as heavy duty as rubble sacks, but they are great for garden waste and heavier household waste that would usually rip through a standard bag. They seem expensive, but when you get the roll and feel the weight of it, its clear you're getting more for your money than the tiny rolls of bags from the supermarket. Overall I am very happy with these and at £8.99 for 50 x 100 liter bags, I'd say they are great value considering the quality.

TL;DR: Strong, reliable and on permanent rotation. Nothing exciting to say, which is exactly what you want from a bin bag. The material is sturdy in a way that immediately sets them apart from the semi-transparent bags you sometimes get that look like they would split if you looked at them wrong. Completely opaque, easy to carry when full, and I have put some genuinely heavy loads in these without a single split. Versatile enough that I use them for everything from general household waste to heavier clearance jobs, and they handle both without complaint. Large bags, can fit loads in. Swing a fully loaded bag into the skip and they take it in their stride. Buy them, use them, reorder them. That is the entire review. Five stars for being exactly what they claim to be without any drama.

Great. These are our go-to bags for garden and kitchen waste now. They’re strong, don’t split easily, and handle a decent amount of weight without any issues. Nothing fancy, but they just work and we keep reordering them because they’re reliable and good value.

I've been buying these bags for some time now. Usually really good quality. Very thick and no leakage. However, the last batch i received are not quite the same quality. Very hard to rip off the roll. A couple have split when trying to tear on the perforated line. The bag material feels very different this time

These bags are really good value, they are really strong, thick bags , I would never use any other. Ideal for the garden, leaves etc., and in doors for storing things in lofts, and daily rubbish bins. The quality is so much better than the supermarket ones, I use to buy. Definitely 5 star from me.

These bags are a good size, strong and the quality is great for the price. These usually last me up to a year, with 2 - 4 bin changes a month - well worth it 👍

I am giving these bags 5 stars. Not because they don't have drawbacks, but because they are not enough to warrant a star being knocked off. Pros 1. They hold a lot. I am convinced they are bigger than advertised, but you can get a lot in them, and being bigger isn't a bad thing. Nobody wants to buy bin bags and find they are too small. I'd rather them be bigger. Everybody hates stretching a bin bag over your bin cause you bought the wrong size. If you have a bin these won't go over, then you probably need a skip in your garden instead. 2. They are pretty sturdy for a regular bin load. Obviously if not handled with a little bit of care you're doing have some issues and make holes in them, but my son dropped one and it didn't split with a pretty weighty load in it. 3. The value. This many bags for the amount I paid made me a happy Dad. That makes me a bit sad, and I need a life, but hey, we take victories where we can, right? Cons. 1. I have found that if the bag has a little too much in, or has heavier items, they do rip quite easily under heavier loads. They aren't as thick as black bin bags that feel thick (You know the ones I mean). I used it for sticking some clothes in, and being a male, I put too much in, so I'd recommend using some common sense when loading it. All in all, I'd recommend them and will come back for more.

Couldn't find the bags I usually buy, so decided to try these since they're advertised as "extra strong" and "heavy duty". These bags are neither of those things. They're thin, tear easily and leaky. Very much regret buying these
