I bought these label tags to act as temporary dog tags while I was living away from home for a while. It wasn't worth having dog tags engraved for just the short time involved. These did the trick - the paper insert having just enough space to put name, post-code and telephone number on and the clip-on cover keeping out the weather. I needed 9 tags as I have 3 dogs and each dog has a tag-collar plus two harnesses, so this pack of 12 provided me with sufficient and some spares. The only problem I have with these is that the colours are random and I would have liked to have kept a separate colour for each dog.

These key fobs/ luggage tags are larger than normal key fobs. I bought them because I find that the normal smaller and thinner plastic key fobs do not provide enough space to write on. I also was disappointed with the normal smaller plastic key fobs that I have bought in the pat, that their metal ring is flimpsy, bends easily and allows keys to " slide out" of the ring, which has caused me some concerns. The metal ring on these larger tags seem a lot sturdier.

The tags turned out to be just what I wanted. Unfortunately one was missing due to a hole in the package but as I had sufficient to do the job in hand I did not pursue the matter. I could not find a way in the system to complain probably due to my lack of experience and it wasn't worth the trouble.

The larger tags give more scope to write.
