Good but I consider it expensive

Fabulous training aid for helping establish keeping the lead arm out during front crawl. It's designed to be used a few inches below the surface of the water, and the hand position and strap across the hand mean that the hand, elbow and shoulder are in a more natural position than finger gripping grimly on a standard float; there are various online videos outlining how to use it (not just from the manufacturer).You only need one - it's not there to change your catch per se.

The FINIS Alignment Kickboard is of good quality and definitely does its job well, helping with proper body alignment during swim practice. However, it is quite expensive for a kickboard, which makes it less appealing for those on a budget.If price isn’t an issue, it’s a solid product, but I do think it could be more affordable.

Due to an arthritic elbow I am unable to use my right arm to swim. This float is excellent as I just use my legs, it is so light and easy to manoeuvre. As stated, you don’t have to grip it and it doesn’t put too much strain on my shoulders. Whatever you intend to use this for, I would highly recommend it.

I love this! Great for practicing your kick because it is designed to sit low in the water, helping you to keep a natural alignment. Less likely to hurt your back as it doesn't make you arch your back. It's great for practicing breathing as you can use it one handed so you can keep your arm by your side and turn your head naturally. One of the swimming coaches at the local pool saw me using it and asked to look at it because she was impressed with it. She's going to recommend it to her students.

my daughter is very happy with it

Bought this for my husband and he’s very happy with this kickboard. He says it takes a bit of time to develop the skills to use the strap properly, but once you master it one just flows with it in the pool.
