I've lost the instruction leaflet... how long in microwave please?

I use 1min 10sec on a 700 watt. It comes out a comfortable hot. For my neck pain

How long can you heat them for? I need this for something I’m working on and I’m wondering how hot they can get?

I put it in the microwave for two minutes on high. It gets very hot but cools down quickly.......too quickly really
