So as someone with health issues i like to try alternative therapys and i read turmeric was great for general wellbeing.. Also read that pepper increases the absorption of minerals and vitamins so double bonus.. So far these have been great addition to my diet and have no complaints on quality or packaging.. Turmeric thins blood so please be cautious if already taking thinning meds

I bought this to help with my frozen shoulder as this particular bout has been more painful and more debilitating than previous ones. All the usual things that normally help weren’t working this time and I was getting desperate (I’m self-employed and need this arm to work, not being able to paint is costing me money).I’ve been using this for two weeks now. I started to notice within the first couple of days that it was less painful and I was getting more movement. Within a week there was a distinct improvement and I was able to start working again and doing the exercises that help free up the shoulder and get it moving again. I reckon it’s maybe 40-50% improvement on how I was feeling before I started taking them and that’s given me a chance to get some work done and do the exercises that will eventually unfreeze the shoulder completely.The capsules look huge but I have no problem swallowing them (unlike similar sized cod liver oil ones that I can’t get down). I had secretly been hoping that they’d dye ‘everything’ an exciting shade of yellow but they don’t. Nor do they taste or smell of anything. The only discernible evidence to the outside world that I’ve been taking turmeric pills is that I'm calmer and more easy going because I’m not in screaming agony any more.

This isn't the extract but seeing as the actual natural herb seemed to show promising results when teste don Bbcs trust me I'm a doctor, I decided to go for this.If you can cook with turmeric everyday you are set, if not it's good to have it conveniently packaged with black pepper extract.Turmeric has shown many benefits for inflammatory conditions and jas beneficial compounds.I use it daily to aid with recovery from training alongside some fats with my meal .Now I'm not one of the morons who thinks it's going to cure all my aches and pains, but combined with a healthy diet , turmeric has shown great benefits .

Yes taken it for a week now.No side effects but how long before I start to feel a difference? Difficult to star rate after just a week.Also do I take both tabs at the same time?With food or without food?Help appreciated.

This is a great product. I suffered with neck and shoulder pain for years from playing rugby. I've never liked taking pain relief drugs so I tried turmeric after reading good reviews. The BioPerine is important as it helps the body to absorb the turmeric so you can take a lower dosage and save money. I have been taking it daily for some time now and have been pain free. Highly recommended!

Excellence product!!I don't usually write reviews but this one is amazing!!!I'm very active and I have been suffering for mild knee pain from many years now and I friends told me about this product and I tried.My experience was the best, after 3 days taking 2 capsules 2x a day my knees were TOP again!!The pain has gone 80%. I even run a half marathon and my knees where TOP!!My friend uses it for her back pain and it has also helped tremendously.But, you have to take EVERYDAY. So some reason I didn't take for 2 days and the pain started to come back again.Top product

I am now on my second pot and very pleased with the results I was very weary in the beginning would they work.I suffer with fibromyalgia and acute osteoarthritis. I have been talking them for a month and I'm feeling so much better not in as much pain as before and even my finger nails are starting to grow stronger I don't know if that's anything to do with the pills but I'm happy will carry on taking them and now going to try my husband on them for his arthritic knees.
