Only 4 star rating for now as I've not been taking them for long. All good so far though - pain in knee disappeared for now.

I bought this product after much research,as it has the perfect balance of turmeric+black pepper for maximum absorbtion.i suffer with arthritis in both shoulders which have locked many times+both knees lower spine+heels of both feet (plantar facinitis).ive had these problems for over 20 years+have had 14 cortisone injections in the affected areas,im allergic to ibuprofen so cant take doctors anti-inflammatorys etc.well ive been taking the supplement for 3 weeks now and didant really notice any changes till one night I was sleeping on my least painfull shoulder (right side) when I awoke in the middle of the night with a bad earache,so I rolled on to my bad shoulder thinking ill just wake up in agony+partially locked shoulder in the morning etc.well I fell asleep + to my amazement I woke up many hours later with no pain or stiffness in my shoulder,i was totally amazed.since then ive noticed much less discomfort in my knees+heels of feet.this truly is a wonderfull product which definitely works.would recommend to everybody with joint problems+it has other health benefits as well,but definitely as strong if not stronger than cortisone etc.

I started to take these in September of this year. I take 1 tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon on an empty stomach. I was due to have a Total Knee Replacement as I have Osteoarthritis ( in both knees ) at the end of September and I decided to defer it.I have to say the difference now after taking Turmeric for over 2 months has way exceeded my expectations as I have a lot less pain and discomfort which I am sure is from the Turmeric. It is certainly working for me. Even when there’s rain or cold weather.I am convinced that they are certainly working for me, even if as a placebo?To any one wondering too, I did research this first before buying and taking them due to various tablets I take on prescription.Personally I think that they are worth a ‘ punt ‘. Not like they cost loads, and I am 100% sure they are working for me & I am about to BUY more.

After doing a little research about turmeric and all it's benefits, I chose this great range available from Health clever from Amazon!My parents were suffering quite abit with numerous health problems from asthma,to arthritis and unfortunately although on many medications, nothing seemed to be helping! Since taking tablets these over the past 6 months and asking them how they are getting on! They can honestly say they have helped them imencly, as overall they can feel a great difference in there health conditions!To which I make sure they take them every day and have ordered more to keep them topped up!

Excellent quality product and a great company. Fast delivery and very good customer support. These capsules are grade A quality. I have been taking them for 3 - 4 months and feel much better in myself. I do a lot of manual labour work, and now I hardly get any aches, sprains or muscle pain as turmeric acts as a powerful, natural anti inflamatory. I've also found they help me to burn fat quicker, and have more energy. As a male vegan, I think they help your body to find its natural testosterone balance. This can be difficult when following a vegan diet. As with most health supplements, i find it takes time and consistency of dosage to feel the benefits.

Within a week I could definitely feel an improvement in my joints.

I bought these to improve my health and to aid in shrinking a fibroid. They are easy enough to swallow but ensure you take them with a glass of water to avoid them repeating on you. Also if you're a female be careful taking these as I've had to stop taking these as they were inducing my periods! Excellent product though for the price and the quantity but I would recommend just 1 a day rather than 2 as indicated on the packaging.

I can’t recommend this product enough.Ive been using it for just over a month now for my osteoarthritis.I am in need of both hips replacing and was suffering with terrible pain on a daily basis and popping Naproxen through the day and codeine on a night to aid my sleep.I can honestly say that I am now no longer taking any pain relief as a result of taking this product.I would highly recommend.
