Does as it says - all pieces are waterproof to the point of submersion. I haven't tested these at any depth but they seem good enough to live up to their IPX8 rating (waterproof past 1m), certainly until you fish them out from a pool.The main bag is slightly rubbery on the outside and keeps its shape when you seal it up. It seals like other compression bags by rolling the top down tightly and clipping it together as shown in the stock picture. I would be able to comfortably fit two changes of clothes with space for a few little things in the 10L. I took this with me on a diving trip (not down in the water) and it kept all of my clothes dry. The main bag will float with fairly light stuff like clothes and food in it. If you filled it to the brim with heavy stuff it might not.The phone/tablet bags have three seals which are rolled together when closed and secured with velcro - it doesn't feel too bulky because they fold nicely together. I tested the phone bag with a piece of paper and started breaking each of the seals to see how long it could last. If you carefully break the first two seals it is actually fine with one, provided you're not tugging that open in the process. So if a couple fail you'll be fine in shallow water. The seals seem good quality though and I think they would only fail if you got water or dirt in them. My OnePlus 5 fits comfortably in the smallest, white bag. These bags will not float with phones in them as they do not hold a lot of air (they aren't sealed by compression).A big bonus for me is the ability to use your touchscreen while the phone is in the bag. It's easy to use when the bag is dry or wet. It's possible to use it underwater but very difficult. The buttons on the side of my phone are a bit hard to get at because of the seam but it's possible.When I first received this item the accessory bags and straps weren't in the package. I emailed the seller and they responded quickly, giving me a code to order another set for free. Excellent and fast customer service and now I have a perfectly good extra bag for my troubles.Overall a good purchase well worth the money for what you get. Will completely protect your items if you take the time to seal everything properly. Remember to take into account the space lost in the main bag from sealing it - you want to roll the top down a few times to get a good seal, so you might not fit in as much as you first expect.

Not sure if I’ve reviewed this before but if I have, here’s an update. Works exactly as described and would have had hair spray all over my clothes if I hadn’t used it on my last trip abroad. However, since coming back I’ve seen a similar product in my local bargain store and it was a fraction of the price of this, albeit it did look cheap and only had one dry extra compartment compared to the two with this one; however, did purchase it and can see it will do exactly the same for a fraction of the price.

Doesn’t fold down easily as quite rigid, so left it at home as no room in backpack

Great for holiday and the beach, so confident in the bags that we even used the smallest one to take photos with a mobile phone underwater, it was completely dry when we got back to shore. The bigger bag was useful for bringing our beach stuff home without soaking the rest of the stuff in our cases.

Great for the holidays and days out by or near water

Used the phone cover multiple times, fully submerged while swimming. Stayed water tight every time and phone worked perfect once I remembered to take pocket mode off! Bag also ended up submerged a couple of times and didnt leak once. Didnt need to use the waist bag. Would definitely recommend for beach, swimming and kayaking.

Love the dry bag and the waist pouch, not too confident with the phone pouch so I did not use it while swimming but used it to guard against splashes. Used the dry bag to pack dirty laundry while travelling so it doesn't mix with the clean clothes and also to carry wet swimwear and towels.

The dry bag is good but phone bag is really not much cop to be honest
