Easy Ice Reusable Ice Pack/Hot Pack - 2 Sheets, Hands Free & Multiple Usage: Knee/Back/Elbow/Shoulder/Leg/Ankle

I can only review this in part due to the size we had to send it back. This looks and feels highly professional, the strap is smaller than we had hoped but easy to use and manipulate around different areas like knees and shoulders. There are two packs one you could save or one hot and one cold. There is one snag, there are no refunds offered on this product. It should be highlighted very strongly before you buy but its not. The seller was very courteous and friendly in helping me get that refund considering we were not aware of the no returns policy, they were very helpful but just be careful before you buy.

The ice I this pack is not of a gel consistency and does not hold well to any part of the bodyEven as a whole lower back ice pack it is too bulky and for smaller parts of the body - unusable.The Ice / Heat packs need to be gel . They are not and form squash sized solid balls across the whole of the pack

I brought these Ice packs because my wife has problems with both legs, these ice packs have helped greatly, many thanks.

Excellent. A second fastening when used for the back would be useful to obtain a tighter compression, and possibly a waterproof backing to protect clothing from wet. Well made, great size and effective clean safe icing of ailments.

This is my second purchase as the first one was torn accidentally. Once you follow the instructions and prepare the gel, the freezing process is quite quick and can be used for at least an hour before it starts softening. My mother uses it for her joint pains and found to be very effective in reducing the pain. It can be wrapped around her knee for example and she can get on with her work while the pack does its job. I recommend it highly. I removed one star because the bands with Velcro starts losing their stiffness after some usage and sag.

I bought this fearing that my online shopping adventurism might back fire. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Only I haven't used it as a heat pack. I use it only as ice pack. You can strap it on your knees, waist (easily up to 36in), across your shoulder. I want to write more, but it's just an ice pack. But, the quality is really good.

Worth Buy it, have it every home , after longer usage , the wrapper tears gel comes out.

Not at all worth product . The icey sheet is just for the name . Even if you keep the sheet in deep cold refrigerator it doesn’t get ice cold and as u take out within a minute it get normal . Pls don’t busy this product and amazon also don’t sell this product .. it’s not upto the standard . In fact it doesn’t deserve to be on your sell list products ..

Excellent product . Beats having to hold a pack with ur hand and you can be mobile. Using it for my knee. The cold transfer through the material of the pouch is slightly less but given 2 minutes it seeps through and the effect is achieved.

Have using it for a year now.. Mostly cold.Today i tried heat pack for backache. Just boiled the pack in hot water for a few mins and you are ready to go.. Packs are really good. The elastic of the bag that comes with it is of quality that lossens up after using it few times.. But gel packs are worth for this price

Cooling effect is poor. I kept the ice gel packs 2 days in freezer but still the cooling effect it gives is nothing compared to effect from normal ice cubes . It's a total waste for me. I don't recommend to anyone buying this.

Very effective. Highly recommended. The best feature of this product is that you can wrap it around the affected area using Velcro straps and the ice stays in place. I have used it only as ice pack though

Problem is with gel sheet in first use gel came out of it and tried to dip other gel sheet in hot water and it was uselass it was as it is.Beware of good remarks could be a fake review I bought on the basis of good reviews.

Bought it for my parents. Initially they found hydration difficult. Instructions on the pack needs to be followed.

This purchase is so good that all that the add says is true. The holder of gel pack is very convenient and much needed. The coolness remains more than one hour.

One of the best buy !! My parents use it instead of opting for painkillers. Very helpful and reduces shoulder and back pain effectively (when used hot), but didn't really try cold compress, may be we'll use for sunburns to soothe the skin.

Poor product.. doesn't give much heat while hydrated sheet are in belt .. I was using electrical heat pack before this and was working perfectly for more than 2 years but this product is not providing that much heat to the pain areas..

This maybe a faulty one. I left the gel packs in luke warm water overnight. In the morning I see the sheets have not inflated at all. Return is not available for this product and we are stuck now. I would suggest customers should go for other products available for hot/cold bags.

Does the job. Hydration may take more time than as per the instruction booklet time.Remains hot for 8-10mins after microwaving for 40 seconds.Useful for muscle cramps and strains.
