useless
I'm not going to waste much time. I've had a succession of stam mops. this was the worst one yet. I've had it no more than a month, and it's broken - the handle came off. In addition to being so fragile, the flow of steam was so feeble as to render it virtually useless. Avoid - the vax one's so much better

Not impressed
Very poor first use spat out water not steam called customer service who promised to send replacement and retutn label this didnt happen tried calling again got cut off twice in the end sent the item back now waiting for replacement or refund

Opened it and has a CRACKED WATER TANK!
Bought as a gift for my clean freak partner. Opened it to see a hugh crack in the water tank NOT HAPPY! Will be returning and not even attempting to use.

This Product is CRAP
Do not waist your time & hard earned cash on this steam mop,I bought it because it looked good & with lots of accerasories & was a good price,but it's true what they say you do,GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This Steam Mop continualy cuts out/trips all the socket trips in our circuit breaker box,each & every time we try to use it ,so after 3 goes we are sending it back & will have to spend a bit more to buy one that works.

Great cleanining
I'm impressed with the power of the steam.This is the first time I've ever used a steam cleaner and I found it very easy to use and assemble I've used in several areas of the house I particularly like the hand held for cleaning windows, the shower and taps the floor cleaner doesn't seem to work so well as the triangular plastic cover seems to stop the towel touching the floor I've only tried it in the hall and the towel was as clean after using it as before I started!

No stars no pads
Do not buy the extra pads shown in bought together section as they are not for this unit. Unable to get extra pads even tried manufacturers and there's no window pad so cannot use.

Not at all happy.
Used for the first time today ,its steaming but is leaving the floor to wet. I had to go over the floor with dry cloths to mop it up. Will give it another try. If the same will return it.

Gets into everywhere
Excellent steam mop got it to replace a pifco one that stopped working wish I had bought this one sooner so light weight and easy to use like the fact the mop bit moves from side to side as well as back and forward makes it easier getting into corners and up to skirting boards and edges easily would highly recommend
