EAKAI 3D HDMI Splitter 4K, 4K x 2K Powered HDMI 2 Way Splitter Amplifier 1 Input 2 Output Support Full HD 3D 1080P HDMI 1.4 HDCP (1 In 2 Out)

Picked this one due to its form factor with inputs, outputs and power all on one one side. I use splitters on my AV stuff so that one output feeds the TV direct and the other to the surround sound. The design of this one made cabling neater. It feels well made and works very well (tested with Sky, Roku and Amazon Fire TV). It comes with a 5V power supply but I'm using powered from a USB port with a cable I re-used from a different splitter. If I could make one suggestion it would be that the PSU plug and cable could be separated to make powering from a suitable USB port easier (you will need your own cable), but aside from that no complaints - does what it should and easy to hide.

Bought this item to split the signal from Virgin TIVO box to two TV's in different rooms. Sadly this unit is not able to do this. It initially came on showing the image on both screens however within 30seconds the second TV started to flicker and does not show the picture correctly.I have tried all the various settings on the TIVO box and after testing the cables I have come to the conclusion that its the splitter unit at fault.Sadly I only realised this after the return window was closed

Worked perfectly for a couple of days (long enough for me to throw out the packaging), then promptly just stopped. Power light on, all other lights off. Tried unplugging it, changing cables, inputs, devices… nothing. Then after sitting unplugged for a day I tried it again and it worked! Then after another couple of days it died again.Also when it was working I couldn't get it to do 4k, even with only one output connected (which works at 4k without the splitter in the middle).If I still had the packaging I'd just send it back but as it is it's not worth the hassle.

Worked straight out of the box. No IQ or mechanical degree needed. Having been caught out with the last one I bought I was naturally nervous and did a lot of research as to which supplier had the least reported problems. Needn't have worried. Both outputs work perfectly and no need for a remote. Fantastic.

Came with 13amp UK plug in Power Supply and Does what it says on the Tin, splits 1 HDMI int 2 with no apparent loss of quality. Only draw back is that it defaults to the lowest picture format connected to either output for both i.e. if one TV is 1080 and the other is 720 then both outputs will be 720. Still can't have everything and since the lower one is in the bedroom we don not often want to watch both at the same time.

super quality product if you have a device with only one hdmi outlet this product splits the signal so you can have two tv / moitors geting the same image without loss of quality in the signal This is a quality product so therefore please use quality hdmi cables Its plug and play simple to operate.

Can't really fault this gadget. Worked immediately and picture quality on both TVs is excellent - well at least I can't tell the difference with / without. I'm running signal from Virgin Tivo box to Samsung + LG tvs
