Natures Aid Soya Isoflavones - 50mg Non-GM (prov Genistein, Daidzein & Glycitein) 90 Tablets

I bought this as an alternative to going on HRT as have heard it can help. It certainly did! I had been suffering recently with night time waking at 3am and being unable to get back to sleep for 2-3 hours. Since taking this supplement (one tablet in the morning and one in the evening) I still wake up, but I go quickly back to sleep - BLISS! No more days feeling like a zombie through lack of sleep. I haven’t changed anything else so am putting the change down to these isoflavones. Have just ordered another bottle.

These cost a lot less than the soya supplement I was taking previously and work exactly as well. So hot flushes are massively reduced. I have found that taking it in the early evening is the most effective time if you suffer hot flushes in bed while trying to sleep (if that saves you the months of rubbish sleep I suffered before thinking of trying this, then my work is complete!) You can take 2 a day (in which case I'd suggest morning and evening) but I found that one was enough, as the remaining flushes are infrequent enough and short enough to cope easily with.

Unfortunately I realised after buying them that they were not appropriate for me, so I never tried them.They are powerful, so only use them if you are pretty certain they are right, and desperate enough with your cycles that you don't mind if they turn out to be wrong for you.

Bought this based on it being vegan and reviews. I have been having disruptive sleeps for about a year and was desperate to find something that can help. HRT not an option since not vegan. What can I say.... these have helped such a lot. I've only been taking 1 a day and although I still feel hot at times it's by no means the intensity it was previous. Some nights I sleep really well without much disruption at all. I will be continuing to take these for as long as my hormones dictate. Such a difference

Didn't help with hot flushes and seems to cause very uncomfortable stomach problems - bloating, belching discomfort day and night. Have had to stop taking them after ten days.
