CLIPPERCIDE SPRAY FOR HAIR CLIPPERS

Never by this spray! Unfortunately it was only recently that I saw a warning on this product I bought last year that stated it contains a chemical that's known to cause cancer (O-Phenylphenol). It is even more of a shame that they have decided to use this chemical instead of seek an alternative, given the known effects. The presumed justification being, as long as it's mentioned somewhere on the bottle, then their duty of care to any users legally stops there and is therefore seen as enough. But this is not enough!Never by this product or anything from King Research Inc.

This spray is the business. Been using it for several years for my personal clippers of various brands and it keeps them performing beautifully and blasts out any loose hairs even after they appear to be clean after brushing down. One can lasts a really long time, (a year or more?) when using liberally about once every two weeks. Recommended. Leave your clippers out to dry fully after using this spray and then use a little clipper oil and they'll serve you well for many years without repair.

I am sure this product is excellent and is exactly what a hairdresser would expect but as a non-hairdresser who planned to use it at home simply to clean my electric razor, I wasn't expecting all the severe health warnings that cover the tin. For that reason I won't go near the stuff and am looking to pass it on to a barber friend.

what can i say,its a spray lube for beard trimmers and hair trimmers.have used it a few times,it dose what it says,and its cheap,unlike the small baby finger size bottle you get when you buy hair clippers which run out in no time,for keeping your blades well lubed,this is whats good for them,my hairdresser recommended this and ive got a bottle now,and its worth its money,will last you a long time

Excellent ; love it so much that I bought several to use to clean & spray my hair clippers which I use every 8 days as my hair grows quick & fast.

Be wary,when reading the instructions it is harmful to health thru inhalation & to the skin!!! You have to leave it to dry first, even then i am a little nervous until I have used iy for the first time. That said it is a BIG can.

I use this on a beard trimmer as I find the manufacturer's oil that's supplied to lubricate the blades irritates my skin. No such issue with this stuff and the blades are kept clean and lubricated.
