Black Seed Oil - Black Cumin Oil 100% pure from Egyptian oilseed 500ml

I've used this for three weeks. I take one teaspoon in the morning and one before my evening meal. I have noticed significant improvements in many ways. I am mid 30s and have been blessed with good health. I bought this product after a recommendation from a friend who was diagnosed with cancer (now in remission). I was particularly interested in seeing if consuming the oil would ease a slightly irritating cough I develop each Autumn time (still not figured out why). Well the cough did disappear although it usually does anyway after a month or two so I won't too quickly ascribe that to the oil. What I will wholly credit the oil with is the fantastic improvement in my skin, hair and nail condition. They were not bad before but now my skin still surprises me how soft and supple it feels, my face is smoother than it's ever been, my nails have strengthened and have an improved natural shine and my scalp has grown a whole new set of follicles; hair growth does go in cycles and maybe it's just time for its growth part of the cycle but given the unprecedented skin and nail changes there is good reason to suggest the hair growth is a result of taking the oil.It doesn't taste particularly nice but it's not so horrendous that I'm gasping for a drink after. I can take my teaspoon neat, shudder a little as the aftertaste hits and forget all about it 2mins later.Maybe it will help with serious illness, maybe it won't - but I have found something that I will incorporate into my daily diet for the long-term and if it silently wards off or delays illness, what a sweet thing to find.

I have osteoarthritis in both hips and joint pain in my feet and hands. I'm 45 and told that I will need a hip replacement. I've always been a huge hiker and cyclist so this has hit me hard and limited my life enormously. I've had extensive physio and practise it every day and have also introduced a teaspoon of turmeric every day into my diet (which has good anti-inflammatory properties I hear). However, the reduction of pain in my joints has been minimal. Then I read a lot about this oil and finally got around to buying it. I take a teaspoon of the oil with a teaspoon of honey in the morning and before bed. I won't lie, it tastes like you're chugging back diesel on a petrol forecourt. But if you think of it as nourishing medicine rather than something you're supposed to enjoy (and wash down with something that tastes nice) it's fine. Within a week of taking this I'm happy to say I've had noticeable improvement in joint aches - to the point where I no longer noticed them. I thought it would be a subtle difference if any but was willing to try anything. REALLY happy to say this is working for me. I'll be buying again and keeping this in my daily dietry regimen. I've been taking it for a month now and again, really happy with the results. I know everyone is different and it's a little pricey but if you have the same results as me then you'll be glad you did.

I had seen all the reviews for this product and thought I have to try it! I have been using the item for almost a month now and have since caught a cold which I have to say I was disappointed about as I was under the impression that this would prevent all illnesses of any kind! One thing I will say though is that I have been applying it to my skin (face) topically and it has improved my complexion some what! Going back to my cold though, considering how I usually am when I get cold (bedridden) I was able to head back to work after having a half day sick so maybe thats the Blackseed oil working????!!! who knows but I am going to be purchasing another bottle - these things take time!

Ok, so this is amazing for many things I have read. I had to give a review because of one thing in particular. I had a gum infection which hurt like a b**ch...pain killers did nowt to alleviate the pain. I was bawling the pain was so bad. I remembered I had this in my cupboard catching dust (i drink a teaspoon per day, but hadn't done so for awhile)...I thought, what the heck, I am already in pain anyways. I soaked my teeth/gum for about 5 minutes. Within 5 minutes of doing this, the pain had started to subside. When I woke up next morning, the swelling of my gum was already receding and I had no pain...I went to the dentist same day and told him about it, he never heard about black seed oil...I am officially in love with this oil

I've been taking this for almost two years now and the only way I found to drink it because of the horrible taste was to mix it with some yogurt. It tastes like the diesel that I put in my car and doesn’t smell too good at all. The original bottle cap problem was sorted out a couple of bottles back. I thought I’d written on this a while back and then remembered that I was going to wait and see if it did any good.I bought a bottle for my sister six months back and she gave it back to me a few weeks later because she couldn’t stand the taste and my wife simply hated the taste and smell.I kept reading how some people drink the stuff and say that it tastes fine but I was determined to see if an alternative was the same and found a bottle of organic oil on Amazon. What a massive difference! I can drink the organic stuff from a teaspoon neat without a problem. The taste is so much better and presumably a lot purer. It is quite a bit more expensive but I've noticed a bigger difference in a few days since I changed brands. I use it topically for aches and pains, on my hair and I drink a little every day. I am now buying Bob's Best.

After religiously taking this for some two months, I can certainly attest to some of the health benefits it brings.I have emphysema, so the slightest cold leads to congested lungs. After just a week of 'treatment', the built up nasties seemed to have left-the-building. It starts working within 20 minutes after taking on an empty stomach. Started out with 1 tsp (5 ml) twice a day: morning/evening and graduated to one morning dose of 15 ml.Also been rubbing it on the scaly, itchy patches on my elbows and feet. Another success story!Yes, it IS unpleasant, very pungent and 'spicy'. Downed in one go, from the measuring spoon, the taste is soon history.Is it worth it? Oh, yes!
