I have a bowel complaint which makes it necessary for me to wear a pad 24 hours a day. I like these pads because they don’t have the flaps which go round your underwear. However, I find them too wide in the gusset and they have damaged my underwear The sticky underside has, on several occasions pulled the gusset away at the edges. The extra strength for which they are renowned also sometimes makes them uncomfortable to wear. Would I recommend them -not sure. Will I buy again - definitely because there is no real alternative. My hope is that the manufacturers could possibly take note of my comments. Update June 2024 Having been referred to the Hospital my gynecologist told me that my problems were being caused by my incontinence pads. That when the pad gets wet, products contained in the pads seeps into the pad and on to the skin. She told me that she had seen lots of ladies with the same problem and that I needed to purchase unbleached pads, which I have been unable to find. Hopefully manufacturers will take heed of this issue and produce pads which we can use.

They are absorbent and not too long.
They really work and comfortable. I used to wear normal pads but they don't work for urine leaks. I've been wearing them for about a week now and they are very comfortable and lock away any wetness and odour. I'd definitely recommend these Tena discreet for women who just can't manage to hold on till they get to a toilet. The price is cheaper than supermarkets and less embarrassing to buy. They are plenty long enough for me and will be putting another order in soon.

Compresas muy absorbentes y sin olores
En mi caso lo utilizo con un niño de 7 años que tiene incontinencia debido a una enfermedad. Me gustaría resumir es estás palabras por qué he destacada respecto a otros. Lo más destacables es : La facilidad que te da a la hora de colocarlo. Lo puedes pegar y quitarlo y volver a pegarlo. Recoge bastante pipi. No huele a pipi aunque lleve bastante tiempo manchado. Para la caca también absorbe bastante .
