Bought ages ago and still use regularly.Don't remember packagingLeak proof to a certain extent, when your drinking it does leak. But don't put it in your bag or it'll go everywhere, it doesn't seal shut where you drink.Cleans well, if handwashing the lid can be a little tricky, but goes through dishwasher fine

A great looking cup and fantastic construction only criticism is that it won’t keep hot drinks that hot for long but otherwise I love it

Good cup for general use, but lid fit is a bit loose, but does keep coffee hot and saves on disposable cups.

A really nice travel mug.Fits int he cup holder of my car perfectly which is one of the main reasons I went for it as well as the fact that the center is stainless. The Bamboo outer has a really nice feel to it.The only thing i'd say is the lid needs soaking in hot water for a bit as I got some serious plasticy taste at first but its gone now.

This lasts about as long as a throwaway cup, the felt base falls off, and there is a hole into the air pocket between the two skins, so whenever you wash it, the gap just fills up with dirty water that then gradually dribbles out...oh dear.. doe no-one product test anything these days?!

It looks and feels lovely but unfortunately it's not at all leak proof so you can't put it in a bag or anything unless you're sure it'll be upright and you won't be moving too much! If I'd known this I wouldn't have bought it.

While the travel mug feels and looks great, I returned it as the mug cap collects liquid inside and is hard to get it out. I read one review that the mug started to smell bad, i suspect that is due to this fault (not sure if it is all or just a few faulty ones) as if coffee gets trapped in the lid it will undoubtedly go mouldy. Top class customer services from amazon as always
