They are natural.
So I decided I needed to be a lot more healthier now I'm getting older. One of the things I wanted to do was go to a more natural diet. It is hard, but we can only do the best we can do.So I was looking up more natural and organic vitamins. And this one seems to be highly regarded amongst many. So I thought I'd give them a go. They are a reputable company after all. And I've tried there other products before. So delivery was true amazon delivery quick and reliable. It was packaged in true pukka packaging and sealed. So I knew these were the official tablet and they would be fresh. They also had a year on them before they would expire. So these finished pretty quickly in our household. As they worked. Both me and Mum found after a week or two a lot more energised after taking these and so this has become a part of our new healthy diet.I do highly recommend them. My skin has cleared up (think acne, scarring and dark pigmentation) and a lot of people have been telling me I am looking a lot better. However this has been at a time I have improved other areas of my life..but I'm sure these have played a part. Really happy with them. My Mum had asked me to order her moreTldr: I brought them because they are natural.. they came well packaged.

Best Vitamin C, in my opinion
Absolutely disappointed that Pukka are no longer selling this Vitamin C. I did contact them and they said they were no longer stocking it which is an absolute shame as they really worked for me and I can't seem to find another vitamin c on the market that I trust 100%. I suppose I better start looking again at what is out there. Excellent product, shame it has been discontinued.

Very natural ingredients.
The only complaint is the capsules they would be better if they were made from tapioca starch or something more natural, for otherwise such a healthy product!

Natural Vitamin C (unlike ascorbic acid from China!)
Most world’s ascorbic acid comes from China and is probably made from GMO corn.So eat a healthy plant based diet and if you want to supplement use this Pukka one, or other supplements with organic natural ingredients (think amla, acerola, camu camu etc)According to an article in The Healthy Home Economist, ascorbic acid is actually synthetic vitamin C, usually derived from GMO corn In China. And, there is a growing body of evidence that those consuming high doses of ascorbic acid should have reason to worry. The Winter 2009 edition of Wise Traditions cites 3 studies, which give pause about large doses of vitamin C. The first study (from the Jun 15, 2001 issue of Science) showed that “synthetic vitamin C may contribute to the formation of genotoxins that can lead to cancer.” A second study presented to the American Heart Association showed a link between consumption of only 500mg of vitamin C per day and a greater propensity toward thickening of the arteries (Los Angeles Times, March 3, 2000).Even more recently, athletes taking 1000mg of vitamin C per day showed reduced endurance capacity from interference with antioxidant enzymes (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Jan 2008).Instead of getting extra vitamin C through ascorbic acid, the article recommends non ascorbic acid vitamin C supplements. There are many types available on the market.

Good for all the family
Wouldn't be without a bottle of these in my natural medicine cupboard. Not difficult to swallow, I take one a day as I eat quote alot of greens so get natural vits but wanted a top up. Also, if I'm unwell or starting to feel run down I just up my dose. I have young children and I break open the capsules and sprinkle the powder into a warm honey and lemon drink, usually only if they're feeling abit run down or have the beginnings of a cold. Value for money I'd say.

The best
Amazing vitamin c, I open these capsules up and mix in my youngest child's food. I've tried lots of natural vit c powders over the years but always return to this one. Was shocked to realise I've bought this over 50 times now, these don't last long in my household, but clearly I think it's worth it.
