Used to insert on a Campervan Build. Looks good and does the Job well. Very clear and concise instructions, providing good light and ventilation. Veryhappy with the Purchase.

Looks good, easy to fit. The dark grey looks very stealth on roof of van den distance as it's opaque aswell blends into night sky.

If you fit this yourself, the chances are you are going to have to cut a hole in the roof of your vehicle. I recommend you use a jigsaw for the job, and place masking tape each side of your cut line, to prevent the paint chipping. You should also treat the bare metal surfaces with red oxide primer, or similar rust-proofing, none of which is mentioned in the instructions. You will also need to create a frame, using wooden battens, so that you can actually screw the vent to something.In terms of operation, the vent has mosquito mesh to stop insects coming in and a dial which you turn to open and close the vent. This operates a rather flimsy ratchet, and I'm always worried that it's going to break and I wouldn't advise having the vent open in strong wind conditions. It seems to help keep our camper a little cooler and allow condensation to escape, although I think that if you really want to remove a lot of hot air from your vehicle a rotating vent will do a better job, albeit with some noise.

Really pleased with Porthole it fit perfectly in my Motorhome after my old one broke. Love the smoked plastic helps with too much sunlight coming in. Worth buying.

The skylight is decent quality but it comes with literally no fixings, not even the bolts to fit together the top and bottom section, you’re expected to source this yourself which is kind of ridiculous

Easier to to install than I thought and works well. Valuable light in an otherwise dark van . Good price.

Die Lucke lässt sich leicht einbauen und macht was sie soll. Dennoch sind da 3punkte die mich stören.1. Keine Schraube beiliegend.2.Dichtmasse auch nicht dabei.3. Das Fliegennetz ist fest verbaut. Es kann nicht ausgetauscht werden. Außerdem ist es auch nicht möglich hinter dem Fliegengitter zu putzen. Das Plastik ist statisch aufgeladen und zieht jeden Dreck an (hinter dem Fliegengitter).Zum Putzen muss man auf das Dach....Abgesehen von den oben aufgeführten Punkten bin ich zufrieden. Dicht und funktional.

Was mich bei dem Dachfenster stört, ist die Befestigung von außen mit den schrauben. Da besteht die Möglichkeit es einfach abzuschrauben wenn es nicht festgeklebt ist (ist es in meinem Fall). Zudem besteht das Risiko das Wasser eintreten kann, deshalb habe ich auch die Schrauben mit silikon abgedichtet.Habe mich trotzdem für fiamma entschieden da das Fenster sehr günstig war (andere Hersteller deutlich teurer).Richtig getestet habe ich es noch nicht da der Umbau des Campers noch nicht zu Ende ist :)
