I bought this to help me sit down with terminal pelvic cancer growths in this area. Sitting is dam near impossible. This has the clever cut out hole stopping pressure on the tail bone and deep inside your groin area that I so desperately need.This works on a dinning chair best,its great after months of eating up n down ,to sit the whole duration. It works well on my sofa to.I'd guess great for ladies after child birth or any spinal injury certainly sciatica that I get to. I sit on this to ease it down. It's well made , sturdy, larger than I thought. I am very thin ,even so this is a durable, good quality memory foam.

Rather than write a review upon receipt, I wanted to wait a while, thoroughly test the product before writing. I bought the cushion just under a year ago to help alleviate my coccyx pain which I get after prolonged sittings. With the Foam Seat, the pain has disappeared.Its permanently placed in my car for my daily work commutes, and I take it onto the planes for my fairly frequent air trips. The cushion has maintained its shape, slightly adjusting to my shape, despite its daily use for almost a year.I cannot say for other ailments, but i highly recommend this product for anyone for coccyx pains.

I tried a few of these cushions because I spend long periods of time at the computer. Some were too soft, you sink down into the memory foam even if you weigh 52kg making it pointless, while most others I tried were too hard. There seems to be no happy medium. This one was ever so slightly softer than most others which is why I kept it. Also has a stylish cover and logo. But I've had it a number of months now and it hurts - maybe because I have a bony backside. I think the best bet for me (and those in the same boat) is to buy a memory foam pillow which is comfortably soft and could perhaps be folded (standard size pillow) if it sinks too much. This is a brilliant piece of kit. I trapped my sciatic nerve a number of years ago and following physio very rarely suffered with it since.In the last few months when driving any long distance I have felt the sciatic twinge. Last Thursday went on a 50 mile journey using this cushion and felt no twinge whatsoever. The return journey later that day was again pain free. Short journeys are no problem.My daughter suffers with Coccyx pain and finds sitting painful. Whilst out I left the cushion with her to try. On my return she told me how comfortable she had found sitting using the cushion. I ordered another of these cushions for her so fingers crossed.

I absolutely LOVE this cushion! I've fractured my tail bone so it's been extremely difficult to sit down and then get back up because of the pain, on top of that I have a back problem which has caused me to have sciatic, so this has really helped so much! My two year old son likes it too 😊Well done!

It definitely helps the coccyx problem and is very comfortable but lifts me up more than expected. I also suffer from shoulder pain and the cushion lifts me up too high for my shoulders to be properly supported in chairs, so I've solved one problem but made another one worse! (The addition of a lumbar support cushion would not be the answer for me.) So five stars if you just have the coccyx issue but be aware of the height of the cushion if you also have shoulder problems!

It's a real fat-boy cushion. I'm pretty average height 5'9" bloke but not overweight ~68kg 32" waist size. I needed a cushion to convert a hard dining chair into a work chair. This 'memory foam' cushion will never memorise me because I don't know where I sat on it last - it is an XXL and I am a M. Oh well - it's not uncomfortable, I can sit on different parts of it and they are ok, but I can't say super-comfy, and I've used it 2 weeks. I guess most customers are 'supersized'... just glad I'm not one of them. Plus it's really not pretty to look at - my workchair now resembles a commode.

Bought for my coccyx pain, use in the car and on my work chair. I'm a physiotherapist and recommend this to my clients.
