Needs a knead
On initial opening the tube,a lot of watery liquid cane out, followed by overly dry filler. This problem easily solved by neading the tube ,well, before use.Not sure how long the item was sitting about before being sent to me, the customer.

Tidy, Long Lasting, and Easy to Score
I've used a lot of different wood fillers, but this is the best in my opinion. It is very easy and tidy to apply. Because it is a silicon based product it resists cracking. It even holds up well in floorboard gaps in most cases. There are some old school traditional wood fillers that people swear by. I won't mention any names, but they are more clay based products. I've found them to be messy, difficult to work with and they crack far too easily. This product is far superior to those traditional wood fillers.I wouldn't bother getting coloured filler because it never matches the shade that you need. Matching shades takes a lot of practise, but the biggest hint I could give is this: If you take a dye like "light oak" for example and you can create a lot of different shades of light oak depending on much dye you apply. It took me a long time to realise I could get near perfect matches by playing with the quantity of the dye.Second tip: Score the wood with the edge on your putty knife. When I apply this, I carve the grain into the filler with the knife. It makes the filler look much more natural, like real wood. I usually just continue the character of the piece next to it by "extending" the grain lines. With a little practise and a lot of patience you can make this product look exactly like real wood.Tip 3: When filling floor gaps rub over the filler with the palm of your hand, left right and up and down. It will help ensure the excess is eventually worked into the crack even though it may not have initially been deployed in the right location. [Using the fingers doesn't work nearly as well, needs be the palm]Tip 4: Make sure the dye is rubbed over both the filler and the wood. If it is applied to the filler only it tends to cause dark lines to build up where the filler meets the wood. This happens because the dye is pooling especially if your filler level is lower than the wood. So I always try to rub the cloth liberally rather than strictly adhering to the filler.Tip 5: oil or dye if necessary any wood that you've whitened by sanding the filler. Some repairs I've done look good, but are too white on either side of the filler due to he affect of the sanding. I usually rub linseed oil over the entire floor once finished. It just brings the whole thing back to life and makes it look like new again.

Plastic Container was split at top
When removed from the Amazon packaging I found that it was leaking from a cut at the top of the plastic tube. Not good for a filler really!

Great stuff, as good as any we have found
Like many people since lockdown we've been going some long overdue work on our house, including some sanding and filling of the woodwork ready to paint it. It was fairly battered in places and we had plenty of bits from old door fittings etc that needed to be filled before we could work. We've tried a few different brands of wood filler but this stuff is easily the best we have found, and at a great price to. It's simple to apply and dries fairly quickly without too many drips, It's got a really good consistency and it just easy to work with. The bonus is it's actually a bit cheaper from Amazon than in the well known DIY stores we were purchasing it from before, with the added bonus of not having to queue for 20 minutes to get it!

Tube split open
Used immediately after being delivered, first thing I do with any filler in these tubes is to give a squeeze to mix the content, after the first squeeze the tube split, the same happened with another reviewer.Amazon was great and gave me a refund but had to throw away the tube as with the tube split it will pretty much dry out the filler.Other than that the filler itself was fine and does what it’s suppose to, dries fairly quickly and sands down quite easily.Just be careful not to mix the tube by squeezing it.
