Would you say, it has anti-aging effects? Right now I am using coconut oil as a moisturizer, would you say this product is better than coconut oil?

I have never used coconut oil...But if it helps this Tensage cream was recommended by a plastic surgeon, i have used it now for 3 years and would't be without it, goes on like silk and a good base for make-up without being to oily... Hope this helps.

How is this version different to the similar "nourishing" cream?

No it’s drier than nourishing cream. More suitable for normal skin. Dry skin needs nourishing cream.
