Simply empty a pack of beads into a vase filled with ¾ of cold water and leave for minimum 24 hours. Drain any excess water the next morning. They work and look great
They swell up to full size in somewhere between one and two days and look quite impressive once 'grown'. Just be careful how many you use and what size your container is, as these get to at least one inch diameter.
