This is a great whisk mixer for blending my real cocoa with either cold or hot milk. It uses 2x AA batteries, which makes it ideal since I have plenty of rechargeable AA batteries around. It also has a ribbon, making battery removal a breeze. However, I didn't like the stand and immediately threw it away, as it was very poorly designed. With any of these mixers, it's important to make sure you don't bend the whisking axle, as it won't spin as fast as it should if it's bent. Especially with the triple whisk, the head is heavier and more susceptible to damage, as the heavier head needs to be much better balanced than a single whisk head, which is lighter.Since the stand was a loss, I glued three small neodymium magnets under the battery compartment and glued one under my kitchen cabinets near the stove, making it easy to reach and store. It's funny that none of the manufacturers utilize something like this, as it would make storage and accessibility easier. However, because the whisk provides more power due to its triple whisk design, the head is also heavier. I suspect, and will find out, that if the whisk gets bent even slightly, it will be very hard to straighten/align, and it won't spin at the required speed for whisking so greatly as it should. So, the question is: would I buy it again? Probably not. I would opt for a single-whisk frother instead. I'll provide an update if anything changes. Taking one star off due to the crappy stand.

Didn't last more than a few months, seriously poor materials, plastic throughout which cracked after three months. (See attached). Definitely not a professional whisk, back to using a hand fork again!

After waiting for a long time delivery and it’s come without the hold or start button. Like what can I do with this plastic stick?

Bought this as a Christmas gift for the family. It saw maybe 15 uses and I went to use it today and it does not work. Either the switch broke or the motor died. And it wasn't that powerful to start with. Easily bogged down in just milk and didn't spin fast enough to froth the milk.
