Okay, so I needed an armband for the gym so I could measure my STEPS on the Health App on my iPhone. I looked around Amazon, (and "other auction/selling sites") and settled on this Mpow armband. It really is neat. I was dubious about buying anything that I had to strap to myself - so here are a few things you need to know:1. The fabric doesn't itch, scratch or leave a mark. I'm not quite sure what it's made out of but it was fine by me.2. It doesn't slip. I didn't need to use the extension that came with it (as I have girly non-muscular upper arms - see photos :) )3. Your iPhone doesn't fall out. I have an iPhone 5S and even with the clear gel case I have on it, it fitted like a hand in a glove into the pouch. As I wasn't bothered about listening to music or using the phone when in the gym (?) it just sat there - like it was supposed to.Other things to note - my gym workout is generally cardio - treadmill, stepping machines and bikes, and a bit of mat work with small weights. So, there's plenty of arm swinging activity going on in there. To be honest, once I got "in the zone", as it were, in the gym, I forgot I was wearing it - it was that comfortable. Would I recommend - most definitely. And the price on this is amazing as well. For such a wanted item Mpow have produced a fantastic product and solution for those of us who need an armband for their phone while exercising.

I bought 2 of these for my older sister and myself, both OAPs, we listen to audiobooks on iPods and struggled to keep headphone and other wires out of the way while doing household tasks, ironing, gardening, cleaning windows, etc. These are ideal, iPod fits on arm, wire is out of the way, and we can carry on without problem. Great buy!

My iphone 5S fits perfectly inside this armband and holds it very securely. The strap is long enough to go around anybody's arm and hold their phone tight.The extra strap which came with the armband I can only assume is for wearing on the thigh.So far I have done five 10 mile rides and three 12.5 miles rides. I have managed to finish two audio books without any problems whatsoever. It even rained on one of the rides and the holder kept the phone perfectly dry.The armband is comfortable to wear and didn't slip at all. The screen works well and all the buttons operate as they should.I am very happy with my purchase and believe it is very good value for money.Highly recommended.

Tried it out for fit, perfect for my iPhone 5 and excellent fit with standard strap. Good amount of holes for earphones, depending on phone orientation.Would definitely recommend this to others for style, quality and price.

Made of wetsuit material. Clear plastic front. Thumb print obviously doesn't work, but key pad does. If you've got small arms, don't get this one. Ask to see if smaller strap. Doesn't leak when running in the rain, and doesn't overheat when running in hot weather. Although it does get a bit sticky under the material where it comes into contact with your skin. Very happy with the purchase.

Well its the first time I have bought one of these because I used to lie on the couch like a potato. However with a new lease of life Ive started running. Initially I just carried my phone in my hand which was a bit daft. Got the meow and never looked back. I can hear the young lady on my phone telling me how well Im running and it now way intrudes. Its a bit filddly to get on but still better than carrying a phone. Would be nice if access could be given to the volume buttons as a couple of times I have put my phone in the sleeve and realised my volume was turned down and had to take it out again. for the price though its ideal for me

Fits my IPhone 5se really well, gives great all round protection to the device I’m the event of an accidental drop. Used yesterday on 5 mile run, really hot condition but band remained firmly in place and felt really comfortable on my arm, my old band use to dig in but not this one. Highly recommended and a great price.

Perfect fit for the iPhone 5s. A bargain at the price. The plastic window is very clear and conducts touch perfectly. Thoughtfully designed with all the cable and headphone entry points being bang on. This is the second one I've had, and it's better than the previous one by a wide margin. I use it for jogging and it's solid. It's all about the fit with these things, and the 5s sits there, right behind the window, perfect to the millimetre. Would buy again
