Nature's Way Vibrant Women's Ultra Wholeaf Tablet, 60-Count

I bought the Alive Once Daily vitamins because I had run out of solutions for my low energy and frequent migraines. I had wanted to try the more expensive pyramid scheme vitamins (you know the ones) but was dubious of their "word of mouth" ethos not to mention the cost!I had read online the ingredients of these, along with positive reviews and felt like they were right up my alley. Natural with lots of good stuff from greens including spiralina, all your regular A-Z's (not to mention powerhouses: Co-enzyme Q10 and resveratrol).I was sold as the product also includes cranberry. I often have womens' problems and a daily dose of cranberry really helps me.The tablets have really helped me to the extent where I can tell if I have missed a few days in terms of energy and mood. These offer a heady blend and so better to take them with food - otherwise you might feel a little bit sick as I do if I take them on an empty stomach. To counter this I take them last thing at night and find this works perfectly.I get so much more done when I use these. I've even wanted to tackle the housework at 10 at night on the odd occasion. I will say that I am utterly terrified of swallowing them though because they are huge, and not coated in much to help them go down. I always think I may choke and it takes me a while to work up the courage to knock one back. I did try breaking the tablet in half but the rough exposed edge created more problems and stuck in my throat so I don't recommend you try that. I now just make sure I take a big gulp of water with the tablet and mentally note which room in the house my husband is in just in case I need the Heimlich!Pros:- Natural tablets which are a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals unlike any other- Cheaper than their main competitor- Energy and vitality restored- You may find that you only need to take one every other day so they will last a good long time- Helped me with hair growth bizarrely!Cons:-The tablets are huge and hard to swallow without much of a coating- Will make you nauseous on an empty stomach- Some people report that the taste repeats on them. I personally don't find this to be the case.I will certainly be repurchasing these as they are really one of the only supplements I have ever taken which make a noticeable difference,Well done Nature's Way. Excellent product. Quick delivery

I was excited to find a vitamin product that would be a multi vitamin and minerals along with greens. I think this multivitamin would be good if someone is very depleted of all vitamins or has been ill and needs a vitamin top-up. My energy levels: I did not notice any change in energy levels and this product did not decrease muscle fatigue. My Urine did turn bright yellow,and I do drink alot of water, it just means that I am urinating the excess vitamins out of my body. Which you can just say I am flushing my money down the toilet. The size is ok if you can swallow food you can swallow these tablets. Generally I notice within a couple of days my energy is uplifted with other vitamins,but like I mentioned did not feel any real difference.

I have not given this the full 5 star rating purely because of the size and taste of the tablets. They have a strong smell which you hits you when you open the bottle. However as the headline says, the size of the tablet means that they pack a punch. Given they have a large amount of several vitamin Bs, it means you need to drink a lot of water as you will notice when you pass water, it may appear very yellow. I take them as instructed, after breakfast because without food, your stomach can get unsettled and I speak from experience. I agree with many of the other reviewers here that I have been mostly immune to the bugs that have been floating around thanks to these supplements. Cannot wait to finish them so I can go back to the gummies once the weather warms up. This is a winter must have!

I'm a mother of 3 (under 5) and had been feeling anxious, exhausted and depressed. After taking these for only 3 days I woke up feeling so so much better, less of all the above and have been coping so much better for a few weeks now.Also my period was 2 days shorter than it has ever been before and I was far less tired than usual.I would really recommend these to anyone needing a boost. 🤗They are a large tablet but it's only one a day, I find just before bed works for me.

Too early to tell if they are really helping but I took one last night and struggled to get to sleep. So will take it in the morning. I am feeling a bit less sluggish so early signs are positive. A very good value multivitamin as you get everything you need in one tablet. They smell gross though a bit like old fashioned school dinner smell (soggy cabbage) but although the tab is large I managed to swallow it easily enough. I didn't get the luminous wee some others commented on and because I took it with my dinner I didn't get s stomach ache. I will take it with breakfast from now on. Do not take these before bed as the energiser ingredients are likely to stop you falling asleep. Very good value for 60 days of doses and not full of fillers. Will buy again. These are the best vitamins and Amazon offer them at a very good price. Mine were long dated too at least a year use by date on these and the men's version I also purchased for my husband. Great

Just finishing my first pack of these. I take them together with additional iron tablets for super heavy periods and constant tiredness caused by anemia. I like the contents of these and I feel that after having taken them for nearly 2 months, I am feeling better and starting to get back to normal. I don't have problems swallowing tablets but these are on the large side. I also noticed sometimes I feel a bit sick after taking them but still ordered a second bottle as I feel they actually help. Shame they are not a bit smaller :)
