You need to eat 6 at a time and they taste horrible. Texture is really weird, not gummies. Chewing 6 at once is too many. I personally did not like them.

I got these on recommendation from a personal fitness instructor.. they are tasty and seem to have most things covered although obviously there supposed to be for having along with a healthy diet. I will continue to have these :-)
