Well...they work
I fed these pills to my girlfriend. They made her horny. What else can I say? I'm not really sure what Amazon expects in a review for a product like this. It delivered what it promised.

Big ol' nope from me
I didn't have high expectations for this product but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. I needed the energy boost occasionally and getting on in my years, I thought it may help my sex drive also. Failed on both accounts.I took the two tablets per day for three days and I felt like I'd been hit with a sledgehammer!!! I have never had a headache like that in my life. It was unbearable. I wasn't dehydrated or hungry, I hadn't had an alcoholic drink so I put it down to the fem-x. It took me nearly three days to recover, I'm on the third day without them now and I still have headache. This product was not worth the money at all, and the rest of the bottle went in the bin.

Undecided
I finally got around to completing the course and I need to confess upfront that it took me 3 months to take 1 months worth. This was partly down to forgetting to take them - but it was the kind of forgetting when you remember but decide not to bother because the tablets are huge and although I normally have no trouble at all taking tablets I got these stuck in my throat several times and it put me off them a bit. Also as other reviewers have commented they really DO seem to cause a headache if you are the slightest bit dehydrated - as in have been drinking coffee or alcohol - and it's a rare day that I don't drink either. So I often thought that I wouldn't bother taking them as I didn't want a headache. I also kept smirking to myself that a product that is supposed to put you in the mood actually gives you a headache (sorry just my sense of humour)On a more serious note - they really did seem to boost my energy level generally but I didn't notice any difference at all in my sex life or my inclination. They certainly wouldn't do you any harm, the ingredients are all safe but whether they actually do you any good I'm no clearer on now than I was before I took them. If it's any help to anyone I'm a woman in my 50s and I already take a pretty wide of range of general supplements which may be why I didn't notice any difference - perhaps if you don't supplement in any way you might notice a more dramatic result.

Inconclusive
I did feel quite frisky when taking these tablets, but then I am 30 and am naturally finding that my sex life is getting better with age, anyway. If there was an element added by taking these pills, it could be that the act of taking them concentrated my mind on the prospect of sex, or it could be the placebo effect. Looking at the ingredients, nothing in here is uncontroversially agreed to definitely improve a woman's sex drive. It's all herb-type alternative medicine stuff which may be effective (after all, aspirin comes from willow tree bark), but has not been clinically proven. I do feel that if the ingredients were all that powerful, there would be medical advice on the bottle; do not take with x medication, may cause so-and-so side effects, etc. But perhaps that's just my cynicism. In conclusion, I can't say for sure that these are worth taking. I had fun, but then I nearly always do. I didn't feel a major enhancement to my sex drive, but if you think these might help you and you have the cash to spare then there's no harm in giving them a try.
