Works incredibly the first 4 times you take it, doesn't work at all after that.
I'll be honest and admit that the dreams that I had the first 4 times that I took LucidESC pulls were the best dreams that I'd had since I was a teenager, by far. Not only were they incredibly vivid ─ usually, objects in my dreams, even the most intense ones, are very vague and don't have a definitive shape, but in these dreams every single object was just as defined as in real life ─ but they were also bizarre and otherworldly, producing a feeling that cannot be compared to anything in the waking state. I guess the closest comparison I could draw is watching a really good sci-fi movie, but 1000x times more intense. Not only that, but I also remembered almost the entire dream every time ─ yep, literally 8 hours' worth of dreams, I could remember them all to perfection. In fact, those memories are mostly intact even 5 months later. The last positive comment that I'm going to make about the product is that the dreams got more vivid, bizarre, and intense every time.Up until the 5th time that I took the pills. At that point, the pills didn't have any effect at all. In fact, I couldn't even remember anything about my dream that day, which in itself is a pretty rare occurrence even without taking any supplements. Every pill that I took after that also produced no effect whatsoever. I will say that I did stick to the recommendations and waited at least 3 days between use (sometimes I even waited a whole week), and I tried taking as many as 3 pills per night. Nope. Still nothing. Therefore, be wary that by purchasing this product, you are paying £30 for literally 4 pills. Pills that do exactly what they are supposed, admittedly, but still just 4 of them. The rest are useless.

Mixed Feelings
I'm an experienced lucid dreamer and until a couple of years ago regularly entered a state of lucidity, when some personal issues created a bit of a barrier to transitioning from sleep to waking dream. I purchased these after trying a few different herbs such as mugwort; this supplement is the first tailored specifically for lucid dreaming I've tried, and I can't say whether I'd recommend them. They are not conducive to a good night's sleep and have quite an intense stimulating effect, which I gather is meant to promote alertness in the transition stage, but both times now after taking only one tablet I've felt so wired and energised I might as well have had a few shots of espresso. It's not an unpleasant stimulation, though I have had palpitations and a sensation not dissimilar from anxiety in my chest, but it feels more like excitement, so I'd hesitate to label it anxiety, which I suffer from - the feeling isn't quite the same. I've had very little sleep on the nights I've taken it, but I also feel pretty good in the days following, clear-headed and focused, which is a nice and unexpected side effect. It should be made clear that this is not meant as a sleep aid. I've had to down a lot of chamomile in an attempt to counteract the stimulant effect when trying to sleep. The first night I wasn't sure if I was going to have a panic attack. As far as lucidity goes; both times I experienced very brief windows of lucidity that were vivid and consuming, the reality-state of being awake in the dream and the usual awe at how utterly real everything is, but they didn't last long; a kind of blip in one of the town-like areas that tend to crop up in early lucid states, before I got swept up into deeper dreaming. The dreams I did have were very intense and a little chaotic and I appreciated them for what they were. Recall was diminished by the relative chaos of the dreams themselves, but perhaps also because the reduced time spent asleep prevents decent recollection. It's hard to make coherent notes when you're getting odd snapshots in an hour or two of broken sleep at a time.I wasn't sure whether to give this three or four stars.

Lucid & Deep sleep aid! :)
It works.I discovered lucid dreaming by sheer accident years ago. just realised i was dreaming somehow and boom. the whole thing changes. incredible experience. unfortunately - sleep paralysis soon followed. a rather dark and deeply terrifying experience until you learn what it is. my first sleep paralysis experience near scared me for life. able to open my eyes but not move ...staring at a screaming white faced black eyed being beside me. imagine how i must have felt until i looked up online what i experienced! genuienly thought the paranormal was real and i had seen it.this has forever concerend my return to lucid dreaming and i still get sleep paralysis from time to time. its actually super easy to master once u learn the triggers. when im close i can feel vibrations almost and these tablets brought me back FIRST NIGHT!Took them and had my usual sleep pattern (sleep a few hours - wake up for toilet then back to sleep) when i was going back to sleep i thought...this is where theyll be affective and boy was i right. i was drifting off and my mind was wide awake and i could feel my body drifting into sleep as i was fully aware. such a relaxing yet scary feeling. you feel like your leaving your body. but once again my past expereince scared me too much and i forced my body awake.someday ill get over that fear again.....but....a sub concious mind thats in fear is a dangerous thing...i could mak emy experience bad again unintentionally.nontheless i drifted back to a normal state of sleep and had a very strong vivid dream. not lucid ...but vivid.i havent had a dream like that in a long time and i havent had such a deep relaxing sleep in a long time either.felt so fresh and recharged after. :) these make going to bed exciting but am i only to take one capsule every 3 nights? one a nght is too much?
