**Q: Can I buy an additional charging cable for spare? It seems a bit insecure that the device can't be used if losing or breaking the dedicated cable.**
A: You are right and unfortunately I did not find replacement cables to buy.

**Q: Is there anyway to purchase a replacement cord if needed?**
A: Cord included.

**Q: is it normal for the red battery light to go off while charging? the light comes off when I connect the charger but then it disappears shortly after**
A: I didn't monitor the progress, but when I turn it on to charge, the red light lights up and I don't monitor it any further, and how long I find the green light - it's already charged. But I just noticed that you need to hit that magnetic head very accurately. Because it doesn't always start to glow red - there is no contact for charging.

**Q: Is the keyboard detachable?**
A: The keyboard is not detachable from the rest of the case.
