Started these two weeks ago and it is working really well. I lost 3lb in week one and 2lb this week. I really suppresses the appetite and gives you a bit more energy.

This has not lived up to the reviews. I have not noticed any difference.The 5 star reviews seem all very similar which makes me think they are fake.Waste of £15.

so many sham reviews
There are so many dodgy reviews on this supplement, I wouldn't touch it with 60-foot barge pole... I've looked at the review history of over 20 of these "5 star" reviews and they are all like clones of each other; they cover the same products; up to 5 or 6 supplements from Nutrikal, plus an odd assortment of other stuff.Oh and they were all submitted around the same period of time last August... spooky? I don't think so. A sham and scam? ... definitely!To know what this is like, read the non-5 star reviews.

Keine Chance!!!Lasst die Finger weg von dieser Bauernfängerei,egal wie gross die Verzweiflung sein mag.Habe nach unendlichen Versuchen jetzt mit 55 Jahren+ohne Sport 14 Kilos abgenommen.Nichts Süsses,Keine Kohlenhydrate nach 18 Uhr+viel Wasser trinken vor jeder Mahlzeit.Kleine Teller benutzen+20 mal länger kauen.Die Hälfte essen,dann 2 std Pause machen!!!Der Rest in Pillenform ist Scheisse !!!

Nur flachere Bauch sonst nix
Nehme schon dritte Monat abgenommen hab ich nicht aber Bauch fühlt sich nicht so aufgebläht aus ,keine Nebenwirkungen gotzei dank ist vielleicht doch eine alternative für Leute die zu wenig trinken Energie eigentlich hat mir nicht gegeben und sonst keine Veränderung gemerkt mehr werde ich das nicht mehr kaufen.
