Does the regrowth remain after you stop using the product?

I stopped using it a few weeks ago and the new hair has stayed. I stopped using it because my brows were getting a little too thick and dark for me (my natural hair is dirty blonde). I don't think it's supposed to tint your brows but I swear it darkened mine to a medium brown. Once I stopped using it my brows gradually lighted back to my natural dirty blonde color but the hair growth has so far remained the same.

Does this work for someone who simply wants thicker eyebrows but never had them in 1st place? Or is this only for people who have tweezed too much

I thickened my eyebrows significantly in places where I did not have some, however, the adjacent hairs began to grow long, like an old man's brows. The solution is to be very careful when applying. Try and avoid getting too much solution on the already existing brow hairs.

Must one keep using it after eyebrows have grown fuller and thicker?

I am a brow person. They must be full and thick. But even my hairy brows were getting spots - this made me look like a teen. Full long hair growth some areas take longer than others. BUT once you stop using your brows do stop growing. Lasts as long as your hair cycle. Mine is about 6 weeks.
