Bought as an anti-snoring aid. Small... really small. There are no instructions and no device for keeping the breathing holes open if you were to boil and bite to fit. Nothing except a sales solicitation in the box is in English. Unless you have a small mouth and can read Chinese, don't bother wasting your money. Spend a little more you will be a lot happier.

I recently purchased this because of the reviews. PLEASE heed my warning. DO NOT waste your money. I can't even return it because it I used it.The mouth guard is not thick enough to have ANY impression. It does not stay in place either. This is just an inferior product. Get the ones with thicker material to actually capture your teeth marks.

Not anti-snoring it is a sport guard and difficult for one to close their mouth and breathe from mouth.

Garbage!..I have used others which actually fit to your teeth. This plastic is not moldable and does not come with instructions. Do not get this made in China Garbage!
